Hi iam suraj sen a patient of the hospital
I already admit on 14jan 2023 and discharge on 18jan 2023, Dr given advice to take follow-up on 25jan 2023,
I went on 25jan2023 to take follow-up of Dr But in reception the Receptionist say pls pay the Dr follow-up Charge of Rs 500,
I say ok pls take card payment, the Receptionist say we take only cash & upi Payment, but I request I not have cash pls take card payment, still she not Accept, I return to home,
I have main Question At when I Admit in Hospital at that time they taken card payment I have Knowlegment report & proff, but not taking at OPD,
I VERY UPSET FROM THIS TYPE OF SERVICE GIVING THE KOLEKAR HOSPITAL CHEMBUR EAST 400071
