I had an order(massager) which reached kolkata RLO foreign building on 13th May'2022. Its pending since then with them with no reasons. Can you please help realising the same asap.

I posted two international registered letters on 30th November and for days now they are just stuck in Kolkata Air Foreign RLO building. There's no movement or anything. Please release my letters as soon as possible. The reference numbers are RW[protected]IN and RW[protected]IN.

My order had arrived at Kolkata Air Foreign RLO Building on saturday morning (20/03/2021). The delivery address is 453 Keyatalla Road, Kolkata 700029. I request the concerned authorities to dispatch it at the earliest.
I can even get it picked up, if needed.
Looking forward to receiving my delivery as soon as possible.

I had ordered a bicycle component from AliExpress the tracking details is - LP[protected]MY it reached India on the 17th of November and it was said to be on custom hold on 18th and is still on customer hold till date which is 20th December. I hope you look into this matter

It’s a parcel from ali express bound for bangalore. I request you to release it to enable a safe delivery. The assured delivery date was 25/11/2019 which has passed and now i’m even unable to track it.
I humbly request you to release it as it contains a gift for my daughter’s birthday.

My product arrived in kolkata on 28th of september 2019. But since then it is being kept hold at the kolkata air foreign rlo building. No further update has been put till now. Kindly help me.
