Kolkata Post Office Complaints & Reviews

I had place an order on 17th of october and the consignment tracking is showing that it's with the kolkata foreign lco but i don't know why are they not delivering it to the address provided. The kolkata post office is so irresponsible. I really need to take a strict action against this. Please provide me my parcel soon. It is a medicine that i had ordered....

I have ordered online item from south korea through bts mania shop. It has reached kolkata air foreign rlo building on october 11th.. But they have not yet processed it further or giving any details of delay.. I'm waiting for my order since 2 month frustrated. Today they said it's doesn't comes under their jurisdiction. I tracked my parcel through indian postal office website too.. U can check photo i have attached. Please resolve my problem.....
