Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is 9 days down the line since your last email & call center confirmation that the dispatch details of replacement TV shall be shared through mail within 2 days as it is available in stock now, but we are yet to receive any communication on the same till date.

To our utter dismay when we made a call today at your call center again the executive is saying that the product is not in stock & shall be made available next week & accordingly shall be sent to you for the replacement of the defective product.

What the hell is going on at your end? It's been almost 2 months now that we have been suffering because we trusted your brand "THOMSON" & went ahead with the said purchase.

It is really sad & pathetic that even after so many complaints & repeated reminders/ requests, we could not get the product at our end.

Can anyone responsible from your end take it up personally & resolve the issue, once & for all? The worst part is that no one from your end is even bothered to respond through any mode of communication with any positive intent.

I have ordered the mobile 1+8pro and paid the amount but received the wrong product and there is no proper response from them, only received mail about replacement and after a week received the refund mail, still not received correct product/refund amount
