I have booked HYUNDAI GRAND I10 MAGNA 1.2 CRDI Car with your Kothari Hyundai kharadi pune showroom on 07/11/017 and paid an amount of Rs.25, 000.00/-through Cheque no.108706Dated-12/11/2017 ICICI Bank ltd. as a booking amount. As per our discussion I have also transferred an amount of Rs.1, 25, 000.00/-on 25/11/2017 through NEFT (Online transfer) thereafter i have transfer amount of Rs.3, 04, 553.00/-on 18/12/2017, and Rs.1, 00, 000.00/-has been transferred on 21/12/2017 to you against price of booked car mentioned above. Your showroom issued Receipt of all these payments to me. I have paid a total of Rs.5, 54, 553.00/-to your showroom but till today I have-not taken delivery of my car from you. Incident-
On 24th december i have done first servicing of my car from kothari hyundai, kondhwa.
Post that i have faced issues with the break and cluch,
I call to the customer care also and asked him for help, but they said they can’t do it post 6 pm,
I make them understand that this is risky for me because any one can dash my car from back side due to urgent break,
And now my car has got damaged from back side while parking because cluch has not supportive to me
Desirable resolution-
I want damage repair which is happened because of this break and cluch issue

pathetic customer service

I had given my car for repair to kothari hyundai kharadi pune and the gm told me that it wasn't worth getting the car repaired and told me he will get that sold in their junk and give me the amount received. This was back in jan 2014. I told him i was leaving pune in a months time he agreed that he will get back to me soon. Noone ever got back to me and everytime i contacted them about it they hung up and finally the service center was closed for renovation. They still have my car with them for 3 yrs now and still they are hanging up the calls on me and are trying to charge me parking charges for 3 yrs when it's their fault that they never got back to me. Not only this they did not even bother to drop my car back home and now have no records of my address and details. They are forcing me to pay parking charges and are not ready to speak and hanging up the calls on me. Now they are being rude in saying pay parking charges n take away ur car.

Absolutely rubbish and rude - kothari hyundai aundh

Worst service center i have visited in my life. These guys are either too much satisfied with the current revenue or have no interest in delivering the commitments at all.
Staff courtesy is zero, rest assured that you step in the center, keep standing for hours, and no one will bother to come to you and attend to you.
I got my hyundai i10 serviced two days back from this center, where i have a word with their service advisor (Sandeep kale - [protected]) who send me the list of services to be done on my car. As i already opt for service book of kothari hyundai, i was supposed to get some discount on it when i told them, they agreed but after servicing i was shocked to see that out of committing the list of services only few were performed, without informing me and i came to know about this only after recieving the final invoice, which is i agree less than the list provided but why no one is bothering to keep the information clear with me which i came to know only after recieving the car with final invoice.
I already told the supervisor to rectify the problem with gear box and good cleaning of interior which was not taken seriously, it seems they just changed the car oil and wash it. I am really feeling very bad to choose them for my car servcing.
Just when i talked to service advisor (Sandeep kale - [protected]), i got very rude response and i thought no point of talking to the person who don't care about customer.
My sincere advise to others please don't go for kothari hyundai to waste your money for just washing of car.

The Kothari Hyundai dealer in Aundh is a disaster. I paid for my car on 14 March 2013 and asked them to keep the car ready by 23rd March. They promised the car will be ready in 4 days after payment, I still gave them 10 days as I am available only on weekends.
On 22nd, I called to check if car would be ready, they said yes. On 23rd morning, I called and checked if I can come and take delivery, they said Yes.
And on reaching, the registration wasn't done, the accessories weren't ready, the anti rust coating wasn't done, but THE CAR WAS READY.
I had to return without the car as the details were filed in a document but no one knew what to do. This is the level of service being provided even after paying a premium. They are charging over Rs 6000/- to provide service and this is the service I am getting.

Unsatisfactory servicing & behavior of service staff.

I’d given my Santro for paid-servicing on 06/01/2011 at the Kothari Cars Pvt Ltd – Kharadi Center. The points to be additional covered/ repaired in the servicing were(as also mentioned on the R.O copy given to me) – 1] Fix loose connection in speakers, 2] Replace drivers side inner door handle, 3] Check all doors for closing hard & 4] Remove play in clutch.
I received a call from the service engineer you’d attended to my vehicle when it was brought to the service centre; a certain Mr. Mandar (Mobile# [protected]) on 07/01/2011 stating that the work on the car had been completed & I could collect the vehicle. I requested to come the next day as it was late in the evening.
On reaching the service center on 08/11/2011, I was asked at the reception to wait for the vehicle to be brought up from the service bay. I waited for 35 minutes (by the clock) before Mr. Mandar even approached me & even then, he requested me to wait a little longer, as he needed to go & check if the vehicle was ready. After 45 mins of waiting the vehicle was finally produced.
On initial inspection I pointed out to Mr. Mandar that:-
1] the dashboard was filthy (it seemed that it’d been cleaned with a soiled/ greasy cloth, as it left a black smear on my hand when I tried to wipe it) – to which he replied that as I was in a hurry he could not get the vehicle cleaned properly. This when the vehicle was supposed to be ready the previous evening??
2] the door handle had been replaced but was not functioning smoothly, it would get stuck in the open position itself when operated from inside.
3] for some reason the top-cover of the steering column was ajar (I enquired as no work was requested in that area at all), Mr. Mandar said that probably the service technician forgot to affix the screws on it.
4] the speakers still had loose contacts, which Mr. Mandar immediately tried to fiddle below the dash-board & rectify... but could not!
5] the play in the clutch had been adjusted, but far too much & I requested that it be corrected to accommodate usage by someone of my height.
This is my second-consecutive visit to this service centre where the requested job on my vehicle was not completed the first-time. Aggrieved about this, I approached Mr. Hiremath with my grievance on having once again wasted my time/ trip on this particular occasion also. He politely promised to have the issues looked at & rectified post which the vehicle would be delivered to me as soon as possible.
On 10/01/2011 the designated driver brought the vehicle to my residence & I again found that the top-cover on the steering column was ajar (had not been repaired) & though the door handle was working smoothly; there was a screw missing from the inner panel & that the panel itself was not fixed flush to the door-frame & also had grease marks all over it. When I pointed this out to the driver he feigned ignorance & requested me to speak with Mr. Hiremath; which I did & sent the vehicle back.
Today (i.e. 11/01/2011) I received a call from Mr. Mandar stating that to top-cover of the steering column was not in stock & also that as he’d not inspected it for damages at the time of receiving the vehicle; the service centre could not be responsible for replacing the part. When I tried intervening, he refused to listen to me & continued his monotonous explanations. This is when I finally lost my temper & started to raise my voice to be heard over his non-stop rambling & he had the audacity to demand that I take up any/ all isues with Mr. Hiremath & he cut me off by hanging up the call!!
Am appalled by the callous behavior of your service staff & the utter lack of accountability displayed over my last 2 visits to your Kharadi Centre. Needless to say, that I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to you, as it’s apparent that you do not value the business nor are concerned about delivering service to the customers satisfaction.

POOR SERVICES WITH MISGUIDENCE
Sub: Servicing of Getz Hyndai
Self has given the subject vehicle for regular servicing to your Satara Road Service Centre, after my recent trip from Belgaum. The subject vehicle is duly covered under Insurance with Cholamandalam.
During the servicing it was observed that the sielencer of subject vehicle has came out as a heighted stone hit the sielencer during journey to Belgaum & needs to be replaced. Though I sujjested that the vehicle is insured under cashless scheme, the concerned Manager advised me that Insurance company will not pay for such damages in hurried manner & as such I will have to pay cash while taking the delivery of Vehicle. Accordingly with resistance I paid the total amount & took the delivery of vehicle.
After approaching Cholamandalam on the subject matter, I was shocked as they advised me that since the vehicle was covered under Insurance, it was defiantly possible to replace the sielencer under cashless scheme, what was simply required was only couple of photographs of vehicle at your servicing station.
It seems that your employees are much keen to collect payments from customers in hurried manner instead of advising them honestly about the insurance procedures, which needs to be noted at your end. Am sure under cashless scheme it would have taken few days to get the payments from Insurance company to you.
The cost of sielencer as stated in your invoice no B[protected] DTD July27, 2010 Is Rs.5757.30 Plus taxes totaling to Rs.6410.00, which is also confirmed by your Inventory system of Hyndai at your end at service station. The concerned RO no is R[protected]
Had your person had guided me about the cashless Insurance scheme, the that time, I would have paid less Rs.6410.00 to you with sielencer replacement. As such I would request you to pay me Rs.6410.00 either by recovering the same from concerned employee salary or from your end at earliest. Failing which I will have no option left but to approach Consumer Redressel Forum Pune in this regard under intimation to Hyndai India Ltd at their Corporate Headquarters India.

Misplaced God's Mala kept in the car
I had given my car for 1st servicing to Kothari Hyundai. My car had a Ganesha & God's mala which was kept in the car. On the delivery of the car I found that the God's Mala was missing.
Aparently, the service center has miss placed it and on calling them they assure to find it and give a call back. However for the past 10 days, I havent been receiving any calls from their end and on calling them I am directed to different people. They refuse to give me contact details of their Manager too as I wished to escalate the issue
It is suprising to see God's articles getting removed from the car during servicing. Moreover the service of follow up and looking into the issue at Kothari Hyundai is very very poor. There is is no co-ordination nor people keep up to their word of reverting. I am very upset with this kind of service.
