Doctor appointment service

Requested an appointment with Dr. Saumyajit Basu for my elderly mother. Hospital gave an appointment for 4pm along with a message that to keep time as we could be waiting upto 2 hours due to long queue.
Well it's been over 2 hours and forget the queue the doctor himself has not arrived. Their staff kept saying he has gone for lunch. When we asked them to check when he will be back they just said they don't know, wait if we want to or leave. Very rude behavior of the staff outside the office as well. Didn't care a damn if we are waiting, person in wheelchair in pain.
Definately not coming back again.

I write to you with great concern regarding the quality of services we experienced during my mother's recent 2-day admission at Kothari Medical Centre.
Despite being charged a hefty INR 35, 000, the standard of care was grossly below par. Specifically:
Cold Food: It was shocking to see that the food served to my ailing mother was consistently cold. Proper nutrition and the manner in which it's provided is pivotal to patient recovery.
Neglect in Housekeeping: During her stay, not a single housekeeping staff attended to her room. Cleanliness in a medical environment isn't just about comfort; it's about patient safety.
Our experience was not just subpar; it was, unfortunately, one of the worst we've encountered in a medical establishment. I had chosen Kothari Medical Centre with the belief that my mother would receive top-notch care. The reality was a stark contrast.
Such lapses in basic services are alarming, especially from a reputed institution like yours. I earnestly urge the management to address these glaring issues to ensure no other patient or their family has to undergo such a distressing experience.
I hope our feedback serves as a wake-up call and prompts immediate corrective action.

Signal strength very very very poor, in our area. And no 3g internet. Call drop

In our area signal strength so much poor and 3g internet is not possible. In our area Airtel, jio, vi all operator signal is good but bsnl signal problem. But some year ago bsnl taower strength is very good. Plz rectify this signal problem . This is not in my home as well as my all area suffered from type of signal problem. So many people wait for this . Plz do something. Thank you

2 yrs old’s Hassarment and Misleading medical treatment by Kolthari

My child who is 2.4 yrs was admitted in Kothari Medical Hospital , 8/3, Alipore Road, Calcutta – 700 027 . for teatment of fever < 104 F > on 2nd june 2011 , arround 12 noon … post 24 hrs of her admission when we had no answer form the doctors , despite asking them abt the teatment , I decicided to change the hospital because of the inferior service , bad medical treatment , wrong diagnosis . however taking the discharge from the hospital was almost like fighting on the Indian border front for me ,when i was bombarded with bonds , files , documents , and all formalities .
Despite clearing the hospital bills and also after taking the Discharge summary from the hospital my child was not allowed to go , besides that the nurses forced that she wanted to put the saline ,which was not at all necessary at the point of treatment and discharg , and threatened that the child will be unconcious in an hrs time , where as on the medical discharge summary they mentioned that child was fit n fine .
I requested the hospital to give discharge on request because my child was fit , however the hospital still mislead us stating the reports have not come which was a lie .
However with help of my family members and some patients arround I managed to take the discharge and consulted a childspecialist , in just a days time ,now my child is normal , without admitting my child to another hospital .
