This shipping site cheat with customer, they not mention term's and conditions for refund they hide that they not refund in any condition, what the hell if the customer not satisfied with her then how he reorder with him so please take strictly action on this fake and beggar kreeva site...

I ordered a product through this website and made a payment. The amount got immediately deducted from my account but they are saying it's unsuccessful from their end. And they didn't get the money as per them.
I made payment through razorpay gateway. I contacted both of them since almost a week but no satisfactory response from their end.
I didn't get the refund also, nor my order was placed. I want my money back now....
