I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your bus drivers, whose number plate[ NL 01 B 2593], during my journey on 4th December 2023 at 8:15 PM

The driver displayed extremely rude and disrespectful behavior towards passengers, which not only tarnished the image of your travel service but also left a lasting negative impression on all o[censored]s. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service.

If prompt and appropriate action is not taken against this driver, my fellow passengers and I have decided not to use your travel services in the future. Additionally, we intend to share our unpleasant experience with our relatives, friends, and colleagues, advising them against choosing your company for their travel needs.

Furthermore, if necessary, we are prepared to escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the police regarding the driver's inappropriate behavior. We believe that immediate action is crucial to maintain the reputation of your company and ensure the safety and satisfaction of your passengers.

I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to address our concerns. We appreciate your attention to this serious issue and hope for a swift resolution.

Phone Number: [protected] upper berth 09/10/11/12. In the bus berth looks dusty and screens are very fade condition. It is not worth to our charges paid the berths. Kindly renew the berth and keep screen looks good and neat washed.
Next time when booking will have feeling of this condition. Kindly do the needful to do better and good condition of passenger berth and seats.

Worst experience with krish travels

I have booked my ticket in Krish travels for my journey from coimbatore to chennai on 5 many 2023. I have booked seat no : 5 but while receiving the ticket confirmation pdf in WhatsApp my seat no mentioned is 2. But while booking seat no : 2 already booked . So now may i know which seat is allocated for me.

I have booked Krish travels from Bangalore to Mettupalayam, my boarding time was 10.50 until 01 o clock early morning there is no response for calls.
I have booked my tickets through easemytrip from them i have received bus operators number but there's no response from that guys till 01 o clock morning then I left home from the boarding point at 3 o clock morning they are calling and informing me we are waiting to pickup you until that there is no response from the bus operators.
Such a worst behaviour from the bus operators.
Note :- There is no customer care service from krish travels, so please don't book tickets on that travels.
If you are planning to go with family please don't book tickets at any cost in krish travels.

The people working in krish travels who doesn't know about respect.. The way they are talking is irritated.. Irresponsible driver irresponsible cleaner boy.. Totally worst service.....

Please do not book tickets in the travels. I have to book ticket from coimbatore to sivagangai from boarding point of saibaba koil at coimbatore, boarding time 10.05pm. But bus was came earlier and driver called me @9.45pm, i said i’ll be there in 5mins. But the driver was not waiting for me, he told me come gandhipuram, i’ve to call krish travels customer care number [protected]. Worst response from customer care. And then few minutes later i’ve received from one unknown number they told call from krish travels they asked to come omni bus stand, but first that guy told me to come gandhipuram, i asked y i come to omni bus stand?? I told him to please wait sir i’ll come to gandhipuram but they reply was very worst. They said don’t book in my travels. Worst travels i’ve ever seen in my life. Customer response is very worst. Please remove the bus in redbus ap.

Date of the incident: 26/08/2015, Time:9.45PM I had booked bus ticket from www.goibibo.com website for my brother. Journey was from Tambaram (chennai) to Ernamkulam (Kerala). I got confirmed ticket which I have attached as the proof. The time of boarding was clearly mentioned in the ticket and it was 21.20 (night). He didn't get the bus from the place mentioned. I called the number which had been given in the message. He told me that the bus had a break down.Besides I was told that an alternate bus had been arranged which left the place by 8.00 clock(night). It took 45 minuts for my brother to reach the spot and couldnt make to go back to hostel in the night. I didnt get any help for my brother from the site or respective travel services. After some number of trials i understood the travels cant do anything on this. After a long time of waiting in the night my brother left back to hostel by train and train was at 12.00 midnight. When i searched the site it was shown that my brother has travelled!!! I wonder what will happen if it was a girls in the night alone in a town. I want to file a case against the services of the traveling agency for his time and he couldn't make my way home during an emergency. Nidhin kakkanattu
