Sirs, I have purchased one KSB open well submersible pump from Ganpatrai Santulal, Ranchi on 24-May-2022 vide Invoice no. TIC-0244/C/22-23. Pump sl no.[protected].
As on date, it is not working. Please arrange for a visit of service engineer at ste to get it rectified

I bought a kbs submersible pump u/8 25 HP 4 stage on 24/06/2021.

From day one its taking more ampere than normal we complain to NAND LAL SAWARUP owner of that shop where we buyed it.
But he did not help us than we call him daily as we are facing problem its season time and due to high ampere transformer can be damaged .
We complaint through customer care number but no one come for inspection.
We again raised a complaint but no action.
Its season time and we feel very bad that we buyed KSB product and lazy support from KSB.

Please do something because after that we have to go CM window for help.

I am suryakanta sahoo from Cuttack, Odisha.I had bought a KSB water pump since only 2 months.Now pump Bush has been damaged.so I have a claim for my warranty.but service center can't approved my issue.

I recently bought defective KSB water submersible from Gadia sales . why defective because i could not use this even for an hour.when I spoke to dealer he sent me to jaipur hi-tech service, your service center and Gadia sales told them to repair in front of me which is unethical. When I report this to your Rajasthan sale head, Shankar yadav [protected], he was very rude and did not listen our problem.Now. I am in dilemma because I paid money to you dealer who is not interested in solving our problem...please provide me solution asap.

We bought a ksb submersible pump on 3/4/21 but it does not have enough pressure to carry the water till up with enough pressure . we bought the pump from shree shyam mill stores Gandhibag Nagpur

We buy KSB Sumersible 1.5 HP Pump on 14.08.2020 after 1 month it stopped working then we file complaint and after 2 days technician comes and tell you have to go service center. we send motor to service center and they give back after 5 days. motor start working and after45 days it stopped again and we send motor back to service center and they again repair the pump finally now today our motor again stopped.
we are very tired with this KSB pump nobody listening
we want to replace this motor

Actual i bought 3phase pump motor in coimbatore sithapudur retail shop the name of velusami he is a sale manager of this shop .and my motor is not working properly that time I am told this person but still now not come to atten the complaints.who is the right person to meet to ratification my problems

We purchased KSB hot water booster pump model WSK .It never worked properly. its mechanical seal failed twice. Presntly under breakdown for more than 2 month Your Ludhiana dealer SHIVA ENGINEERS not responding.

Pumps model. No. Bpd242/10a+uma150, 9/22 were purchased vide invoice enclosed at guwahati, but pumps were burnt after installation within a month, same were repaired by m/s, m. B. Engg. Guwahati again the pumps were burnt within a month. Pumps were supplied to rly at rangiya div. Rly raised the quality of product.

We had purchase a submersible pump of capacity 5hp having serial no[protected] & type-uod 152/10 from a dealer at kolkata m/s a. T alihusain &co. On dated 26.02.2019 for installation in rcml (Aditya birla group). The pump was stopped working on dated - 25th july 2019. Despite of several time discussion with above mentioned dealer regarding this issue a
Single response is not provided to us yet. Hence you are requested to provide service asap.

Purchased the submersible pump from poduwal, agency, padma jn, ernakulam 14-02-19 and failed to start, service person attended the pump-impeller jam-and run for @2 hrs then sparks from a cable at about 5-6 places of the cable. Gross defects from such reputed products. Kindly see this is being replaced or cable replaced, and help to get the matter resolved.

I purchased KSB Pump(100 mm), 1.50 HP, 30 (Bill No-0516/29774)stage from our one of Vendor S.B & Co kothrud, Pune-411038.Could you please give me a solution on this.
Should i get a replacement or what will be our policy in such a cases.Because in such a cases on daily basis i am expending my extra charges Rs1000 for water from local peoples .

We purchased submersible pump set from Chandigarh dealer. Unfortunately it's motor burnt out after installation of 8 Days. Local Dealer told me to repair but i don't want to repair my new pump within 8 days. is like old it appears like pump.
We are complaint to you only for solve our problem.
We have easy to purchase this pump, but it is very difficult when it become faulty. We are tired to left this pump from borewell in our farm & Electrician & other worker also headche. & transport from farm to District level.
If my pump is open for repair then problem are always repeate lots of time.

We required pump with 43 m^3/hr flow and 30 mtr head as a replacement for their model mega. But we are supplied with their model etn and told that mega model is now not in market & its production stopped. Now, problem is that discharge dia of etn is different than mega. So, it do not get fix on older line so line modification require which is not convenient option. They should not change physical dimension or at least make available older one.

I had bought 2 ksb water pressure pumps last year but am very sad to say that I have been facing problems everscince .we had bought this water pressure pump from M/S Polyplast from jamshedpur .it was repaired 3 times and again it's not working.Your dealer is also not responding positively so I decide to complain in this forum.so I request you to kindly help us in solving this problem.my cell no is [protected] . Purchased on 25/8/15 and tried instaling on 27/8/15 .its working when checked motor separately outside the borewell but when attached to pump set its not working. checked all connections n the line n panel box etc.but its not taking the load.

i have purchased ksb submersible pump on 21.06.2015 (date of installation which was not working after checking by your distributor the pump is short as per him there is no guarantee of pump then what is the use of purchasing ksb pump whereas lot of brand available in the market at lesser cost with replacement guarantee if the consumer has no facility by the company there is no foc repair noting is available by company that what is the use of 1 year warranty if there is any policy of company pl let me know and if possible pl replace my pump as early as possible from p s deepak adv 47 saket roorkee [protected]

We bought two KSB Delite Motor 1HB back in October 2012 as recommended by Sanitary Retailer, Vinay Sanitary Rajori Garden, New Delhi and got convinced by the market reputation of KSB Brand. But I was proved wrong within a month, the fault came in both the motors at the same time and to my surprise they both were of the same nature. Check Valve not working, the valve responsible to maintain the water level while the pump is off. The service agent replaced both the motors citing manufacturing fault. The same problem happened again after 15 days and it has never stopped since then. Everytime they come and change the valve and fix it . We ask for permanent solution and all they give is assurance which fails to live every time. Request for the replacement of the model seems to be falling on deaf ears and nothing has been done so far. I am highly frustrated with the kind of product delivery they have shown. We also mailed the chief of Haryana Department Rajesh.[protected]@ksb.com, but there has not been any response yet. It seems they are not taking customer satisfaction into account in company's growth rate . Even after numerous replacement of the part, the problem is still persistent till date. One of my motor is still not working and we have to keep a track which one is not pumping water by checking the sound of machine. On the contrary, we have USHA Pump on the same water line and it seems to be working fine since the day of purchase i.e. past 1.5 years. Kindly please suggest what steps need to be taken to take it forward to the consumer forum and consumer cell. I dont want other consumers to get fooled by the brand name . Prateek Bhajanka [protected]
