My vehicle went for repair at KTL Ismailganj, Faizabad Road, which was not properly serviced, they have delivered car with cracked bumper, and car making too much of noise after servicing, car is giving lot of shock.

Respectfully, i want to say that i have a Maruti Suzuki A-Star car UP 32 CT 3809. I serviced it in KTL Pvt. Ltd. front of H.A.L. Lucknow on 11 June 2010. The delivery time of my car was given me 2:00 PM by service adviser. But it delivered to me at 5:30 PM. Its not first chance. Its third time to delay in delivery after servicing. Except it the service quality is not good. At the time of service job card openining...
