As well self-explanatory is below chain email that, I am not getting any response from your guys. Hence this is the final and last email to you for taking necessary action on my households. Below are some details, which have never taken any action from your end. I have miscommunicated 20 times and cheated as well.
Here, I am writing a final email later to you guys, it can be resolved this issue. Hereafter will raise an RTI and Consumer case with FIR regarding such fraud and cheating company.

I have booked my household for the 26th of Nov 2020. Kuber Logistics people came and collect all household (Details are enclosed with this email) from my Mumbai House No. 504, 2nd Floor Amazona G CASA RIO, Plava City Dombivali Mumbai to Village & Post Sumerpur, District Unnao Uttar Pradesh.
I was informed by the Collecting Supervisor of Kuber Logistics that, Households can be reached by next to 6 days i.e. 3rd of Dec 2020. Which was never happened. Regarding that, I have done multiple follow-ups with Mumbai's Kuber team Mr. Sharma [protected] / [protected], who has in charge of Mumbai as told to me by Mr. Radhe Pareek (Head of Kuber Logistics Bangalore).
After not getting a proper response from the Mumbai representative, I have been contacted to Bangalore office Ms. Vijaya[protected], As expected she has also started to ignoring my call and again providing Radhe Pareek and stating that he is the Owner of this company you may please contact with this person, Meanwhile, this much follow-up has taken 10 days from household pickup from Mumbai.
After 10 days, I have got an update from Mr. Sharma Mumbai Kuber team that, your household still in Mumbai store only and can be moved after full payment. Which has not mentioned during the booking time. As mentioned, I have paid an 80% payment of the total bill amount (Enclosed payment details ). After done 80% payment 6th of Dec 2020. Mr. Sharma Mumbai team has mentioned that your household will be delivered in the next 3 days. I thought, finally will get household 9th of Dec 2020. Hence, I have called the Mumbai team again to check the status of my household reaching status. I continued taking follow-ups from Mumbai Team in call and WhatsApp but there is no response and proper update about the households.
After 15days, came to know that, Truck has reached Indore and in the next two days the household will be reached to my Hometown. But again, a false commitment by the Kuber team. I have again tried to contact Ms. Vijaya Bangalore to get some help. This time she has mentioned that the Mumbai team is not responding, she advised and given contact no that, you should be contacted to Mr. Radhee Pareek.
I have called Radhee Pareek and got an unresponsive response from him, he has mentioned that he will approach with Mumbai team to get this resolved. Which is never happened during the follow-up already 20days being completed and still, I am struggling to get details of my Households
After 22days Mumbai team, started to mentioned tomorrow morning and tomorrow evening and still almost one month about to complete and I am not sure where are my households.
For the last 3 days, getting an update that today/tomorrow/day after tomorrow things will be reached but not happening at all. I have given a Driver Contact no. [protected], that driver guy never picked up my contact number. So, for an entire month, I was cheated and misused by Kuber Logistic.
Further again follow-up, I have got Truck Owner details and asked to me contact with them, I am not sure why should I call them and loos my timing. However, I have contacted with Driver Owner Mr. Yadav [protected]. Mr. Yadav has mentioned again a new story that, Truck is still in MP and might be reached by tomorrow and still not sure.
Mumbai team has mentioned to me 5 days back that the Truck has already reached UP Kanpur, which is near to my hometown again with the wrong information. How many times, I have been told falls information.
My family has received households after a month. During unloading time driver and your team has denied unloading from the Truck, which was included in my bill. I have hired outside labor and they charged me 2200 for the entire unloading and shifting.

While households were unloading from the truck, your driver has mentioned that GAS Cylinder is not available in load. We have asked 5 times your driver to provide the same but the was mentioned that Cylinder was not there while he has got the material in Mumbai.

After a long discussion with the Driver and Mumbai team, Mr. Sharma has mentioned that He will send GAS Cylinder from another source. I am waiting for the details.

Also, we have checked and found that few items are broken like Table, Chair, Sofa Cum Bed, and temple. Please provide me an insurance copy which was included with the bill. I have paid the total bill cost without asking any question. Now they are not reverting anything about my missed items and not providing details. I highlight advised to all you guys please please do not book anything with such fraud company. They will take full money before delivery and you will get 100% items lost guaranty.
They are mentioned Bangalore as a head office but all fake. Bangalore office, some like Radhe Pareek actually he is from Rajasthan but will try to feel you from Bangalore and he has mentioned that Kuber is not doing any business with Mumbai Kuber and they are running own business but payment gateway will remain same. you will get multiple calls for payment. 100 times, I am mentioning that please do not book a single spoon with this fake company. if you are taking care a little bit about your stuff.

I had selected kuber logistics for my luggage shifting.first they took more than 10 days to deliver my things and also forgot to get one part of the bed bar due to which I was unable to setup the bed. After constant follow up no reaponse is received and people stopped taking the calls also. Very unprofessional & dishonest company. After forgetting to bring the bed bar they had no courtesy and deliveries are done at night 10 always. Very poor & pathetic service i pray to god their company closes otherwise many people would suffer.

Paid whole amount and not giving bills, when ever i call them they says i'm sending now/sent to you.

Now it's 2 months, worst service.

Packing: (They took 8 hrs for packing a 2 bhk flat semi-furnished).

Customer support : worst, they pass ball to other branch (Call to this/that branch office)
For bangalore: please beware of 'shailesh marketing-agent' won't provide bills.

I had to shift my household items from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I was looking for any good reliable packers & movers service, for the first time I am going for this kind of service. I have seen some companies in the internet and thought Kuber logistics is one of the reliable companies and called them for the quotation. One person visited our house (he talks very nicely to generate trust over their company) and gave the quote for about 7500 Rs. After 1 day, I decided to confirm this and called the same guy, may be 6 or 7 times, no response. Sent an confirmation E-mail to the company's mail id given by that guy, it sends an automated reply, but not confirmation. Finally somehow I could get them over the phone and confirmed the order. Two boys have come for packing the items. I remember the quotation guy saying how professional their packing services are, for electronic items, for delicate items etc etc.. forget all those.. here I see a completely different story. They just don't care, they don't have any special packing for electronic items. After finishing the packing, now they say, I have to pay around 10000 Rs. I was shocked, quote was around 7500, how come it is 10000 ? They said there will be extra TAX, OCTRAI CHARGES, INSURANCE, including all these, it became 10, 000 Rs. and they demanded complete payment at the loading point. I thought of calling this quotation guy whether this was really true, but he won't pick up the call. I had to pay the full amount, and they told the items would be delivered in 2 days at Bangalore. We were waiting at our new house in Bangalore, they are suppose to deliver by afternoon, but they didn't turn up. I started calling them again and again. every time, they give a new number to contact. Everybody says they will find out and let me know, but nobody calls back. I had to run after them over phone. Finally one phone call came, with the query, "WHEN DO I WANT TO AVAIL THEIR PACKING SERVICE, FOR THE 3 BOX QUOTE THEY GAVE"... I am stunned for a moment, It was around 20 boxes and I made the full payment, now they are asking this kind of question..!! I gave left and right to him, over the phone, then he started updating me about my order. (I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CALL THEM, CHEATS... AND LIERS...!! ?? ) They are suppose to deliver by noon, finally they came around 9:30 pm. That too they missed 2 items, THEY KNOW THAT, AND TRIED TO CHEAT ME, by saying "SIR, WE DELIVERED EVERY THING, PLEASE SIGN HERE, SAYING ALL ITEMS DELIVERED" I carefully checked once again, and asked about the missing 2 items.. Then they put a blank face as if They don't know anything..!! Finally they told it will be delivered tomorrow morning. I asked how can it be missed when all the items were together. They don't have an answer. Apart from that, PLASTIC CHAIRS WERE BROKEN COMPLETELY, WOODEN CHAIR WAS DE-ARMED..!! AND MANY MINOR DAMAGES TO THE PACKED ITEMS, INSIDE THE BOXES..!!! For this they charge 10000 Rs. and call themselves PROFESSIONAL..!! Mind you, NOBODY RESPONDS TO YOUR POST-DELIVERY PROBLEMS, LIKE INSURANCE.. ETC ETC..!!! I don't understand what kind of professionalism it was..!! SHAME ON YOU, KUBER LOGISTICS. STOP CHEATING THE PEOPLE..!!

I used your services on 7th July 2016 to move my valuable stuff like furniture and TV, LEDs, Electronic etc. from Navi Mumbai to Bangalore. Based on my research and other reviews of your service, I was hoping to get good quality service from you guys. NOW here is the catch. you guys have the WORST SERVICE anyone can possibly imagine. First of all, you broke my very very EXPENSIVE TV during transport and that is just tip of the iceberg.I have the full list of the stuff that you damage during transport, if I start listing those we'll typing whole day. Now, I paid heavy amount for the insurance for that to you guys ensuring that this very thing wont happen. I have given BROKEN TV to you guys for repair on 19th July 2016. TILL NOW, I have not yet received it. On top of it, you guys are not picking up my calls and when you do, you just make false promises. I am seriously fed up with your ridiculous service and the biggest joke is that you are not ready to give me back my BROKEN TV also. Its like I have donated it to you guys. I am pissed off beyond imagination. If I don't get my TV fixed in the next 24 hours, i'll reporting you guys to the consumer court and don't worry, this is not the only forum where I am uploading my story.I am gonna my you guys FAMOUS!

I am posting my story for all the future customers to be beware of these people. Request you all not give these people your hard-earned money in the name of insurance if they provide such BS service.

I shipped my bike from bangalore to delhi. And it was ‘nightmare’. I was convinced that i lost my bike and other stuff. Thank god at last moment i got it (With dents though).

Professionalism – 1 out of 5 – person who picked up my bike at bangalore gave me his delhi contact number and asked me to deal with him. Delhi contact says why am i calling him. He says talk to bangalore guy as he took delivery. What a joke. Pick up guy and delivery guy demanded tip as if it was their right.
On time delivery – 1 out of 5 – they promised to deliver in 7 to 10 days. But they took 22 days. Worst part is starting 12th day, they kept saying goods would be delivered next day. It forced me to wait and call them every day.
Condition of good delivered – 1 out of 5 – bike was delivered with two dents on oil tank. My new thunderbird became old. Sad.

Think before you get your items shipped by these guys. Not advisable.

My household items got delivered from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Saturday (3rd July 2010). I paid Rs. 4500 (3% of value worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs) as insurance. I was assured that I would get insurance if anything happens to any of the items.

Unfortunately, my microwave oven was delivered with the front glass broken. It has been two days and I have not got any call for the insurance. I would want to escalate this matter if there is no action at all. The GC Note no. given in the receipt is 1459, Bill no. is 257.
