While traveling in kukkeshree travels. I lost my mangala sutra. Driver has my mangala sutra.
He asked money to return my item. I was okay to pay him. But now he is not responding to call. Owner also not taking any responsibilities. And he still works in same travels.

Apka anand rao travel pe bus booking kiyatha.
1100 ruppise ac bus or 200 gst alag se liya.
Total 1300 liya bokatha 5pm ko bus ayega.
O 6.30 ko redbus ka mujhe ticket diya.

Apka travel ajent aisa hain.
Apka company aisa hai..
Hum lok kiya isliye apke travel pe ticket Lene jate hai...
Chitingbaz ka bhi had hoti hain.
Vekaria company se hu main police complain korta hu...
Or ticket ka GST kabse hua.
27 tarikh anad rai circle apka ajent ka chack koro recording...
Or YouTube pe mera channel hain upload kirta hu ...

Ticket was booked for my sister in Kukkeshree travels through Abhibus on 25/10/19, Ticket reference no - TS[protected] BSVF Operator PNR - 694521 from Bangalore to Siruguppa (Bellary DIstrict).

Just after one hour of journey started, staff in bus informed my sister that they cant drop at Siruguppa instead they drop at some other point at early morning (near Gangavati Cross - 10-15 Km away from Siruguppa, where buses will be less frequent at that time). Immediately she informed me and i tried contacting the staff, Kukkeshree travels and abhibus helpline but response was very bad and not supportive. First bus staff spoke too rashly though i explained consequences being a single lady travelling, they simply denied and asked to contact Travels office staff. After contacting Kukkeshree travels office staff, they were also not supportive, they simply kept on giving some numbers and assured drop point wont change but it didnt happen, they dropped at other drop point as mentioned above. Even the same is the case with Abhibus helpline number, they simply pick the call and disconnect it.

The experience was too bad and worst. So i recommend everyone not to prefer Kukkeshree and Abhibus for travelling purpose.

M really disappointed with the service which this company provides, m frequently travelling to subrahmanya so usually book from redbus, pathetic service what i can say i ever received, first of all while booking u will give pickup bus and take extra amount and at the end movement u just decide our boarding point, and also while booking we will decide our seat number as we are doing online booking and also will book it before 2 weeks so there should not be any such issue, but u guys change the seat number bus number and u just say sorry that i got message regarding seat number is by mistake??? Wt the hell... Than just irritating customer like this please better close your company... It's not first time every time the same

Yesterday 7/08 i have been travelling form sindhnur to bangalore in kukkeshree travel bus #8571 and driver allowed for smoking in bus cabin and when i and few passengers asked about it's illegal and offense still driver allowed other passenger for smoking and behaved with rude.
When i complained the issue in kukkeshree office in anand roa circle bangalore, management guy was least bothered about the issue instead of educate the driver.

I had booked my ticket through red bus.in in kukkeshree travels. Seat num A1 and seat num A2 was booked by a guy through agent. Red bus allowed me to book without any alert sayin the person next 2 me is gents.. its sleeler double deck. After me boarding the bus agent behaved in a irresponsible manner. He was nt ready to accept his fault and asked me to do wat I can regarding the seat. Its very bad for a person to behave in this manner with a girl. Thanks to a person in single seat who switched to doubles and allowed me to occupy his seat.
