I purchased a flat in one of Kumar's Princetown towers in Pune.
From start they are forcing people to use Shah broadband and when we gave him a letter from all the residents to allow permission from Airtel to setup their broadband connection, they simply refused stating that we have to use only shah broadband connection as they have invested in whole infrastructure and we have to use the same. Though their services are very poor they are forcing on us to use it.
Even after numerous request they are not allowing other subscribers to add their services.
We live in a democratic country where we have freedom to choose whatever we want, but builder is forcing us to use single subscriber. This only means that they have made a deal and they both are benefiting with it that is why they are not allowing any other to enter the building.
This is clearly violation of human rights.

I booked a 2 BHK apt in Megapolis in Pune with Kumar Properties in August 2008. The builder later called me and informed me that the tower I booked the flat in would be delayed and I should shift my booking to a new tower, which I denied and asked for refund. There is no agreement done b/w me and builder and not the builder is not returning the money - 4L.
I had borrowed this money from market at high interest cost, and I am also not sure about my job.

Pls advise how shall I proceed, since the builder does not pick up my calls and answer emails
