Refer invoice no. LAKH/15-16/21977 dated 01.09.2015 vide you have supplied us KUMKUM Jewels worth Rs. 1999.00 out of which three Pcs. of Pendants were found defective for which we have intimated many times to replace the same. More over as desired by staff of Homeshop18 the photographs of defective jewels were sent through Email but no action has been taken so far. Therefore, it is better to refund the money at the earliest....

This is continuation to my earlier Email dated 08.09.2015 vide intimated regarding defective goods supplied by you. I observed that HomeShop18 is a shop having defective goods and supplying defective goods to its buyer's It is 3rd time when you have supplied defective materiel.
