Against kundan hyundai servicing center, bavdhan.
1. Did online booking for servicing, but no response by the center . When directly called them up, they quoted as 'some technical glitch'
2. Prior to booking appointment was ensured by agent that internal cleaning of i20 would take around 90 mins, so if pickup is done at 8am morning it should be completed max by 11am.
But today they picked up at 7:30am, still not done even after 7 hrs ...
Too much of irresponsiblity, careless people after 7 hrs they had just started work on it .
Whole day was wasted without my car.

Dear team,

I had booked i20-asta on dated 12th july from kundan hyundai which is situated in pimple saudagar, pimpri-chinchwad, pune. This showroom is recently opened some 4 months back.

Due to no proper service and proper offer and scheme, i decided to cancel my booking which was done on 12th july. Cancellation request was given in letter to them on 18th july. As per process, it should take 7-8 working days.

Today, it is more than 18 days passed. They have not returned my deposited amount which was done on 12th july. Every day, they are giving me some different reason as chq not ready, md not available and no authorised person is available.

I am just chasing with them with no proper resolution. Request to please take this request and help me in getting my amount back from kundan dealer, pimple saudagar, pimpri-chinchwad, pune.

My friend had a very pathetic experience at Kundan Hyundai, Tharmax chowk. The sales persons working over there are characterless specially Mr. Tushar Pawar. He is such a **** guy.He is playing with girls with the great plannings. So, I request those who planning to buy vehicle from this showroom, that dont go with your wives, daughters etc, .So I prefer that go with other showrooms. Kundan Hyundai just want their business to be done, customer is not a main focus from them. Thats why they are hiring such a characterless persons. Plz Plz dnt go w ith Kundan Hyundai.
