I ordered 1 tshirts worth 399 rupees but i didn’t like the quality so I returned the order.
Their policy said refund will be transferred within 3-4 working days once they recieve the shipment at kwabey warehouse.
It has been more than 7 days still I didn’t got my refund and unable to contact them.

E commerce company "Kwabey" Fashion is doing fraud with customers, as they blocked my Rs 899 in their wallet and not refunding courier charges spent against returning their product to them as they don't have reverse pick which they didn't mention on their website and fooling customers. Their website is misleading customers about the size of clothing and when customers receive the material, the size received is totally different from what is mentioned on their website. When checking for exchange policy they mentioned that they don't have any exchange policy and you have to return the material on their address and that amount has to be borne by the consumer. I sent them mail that the courier is taking Rs 250 as they are only refunding Rs 100 against any return of their product. I have mails where they told me to send the courier slip and refund my amount.

It's been more than 20 days since they blocked my refund amount in their wallet as they mentioned that it is company policy to refund the amount first in their wallet and then refund to customers after 12-15 days . They are doing fraud with customers by blocking their wallet and picking their customer care calls.

Request you to take immediate action against this fraud company to stop doing fraud with other customers and block their business from online portal.

I ordered 2 tshirts worth 900 rupees but i didn’t like the quality so I returned the order that too with my own money as there was no pick up delivery available option from their side.
Their policy said refund will be initiated within 12-15 days.
It has been more than 20 days still I didn’t got my refund and when I try to contact them they give lame excuses like technical issues or your refund will be initiated within 2-3 days but still I haven’t received an single penny from them.
They are scamming people …. please help me.

Hii i had ordered Two t-shirts from KWABEY.com, When i received the product i didn't liked, the fabric quality so i requested to return.but when i see in website that they have mentioned :-
"Rs.100 will be charged as freight charges for the reverse shipment. This will be deducted from the refund amount". as a customer why should i pay rs 100 unnecessarily.Is it fair to take rs 100. I am really upset by seeing this type of loopholes in the system. please Take my complaint to the higher authority.

Hello sir!! I have placed an order on www.kwabey.com on the 19 sep, 2021 and paid for it online but i cancelled that order on 19 sep, 2021 and now its been more than 10 days i haven't received payment amounting Rs.888.0

Hello!! I have placed an order on www.kwabey.com on the 17 May, 2021 and paid for it online but i cancelled that order on 17 May, 2021 and there was a confirmation call by the company regarding reason of cancellation. I explained my reason and they asked me to have that money in kwabey wallet or the original source of payment method, i asked original source and they asked me to wait for 12-15 days for transition and now its been more than 25 days i haven't received payment amounting Rs.269.0
