AIR CONDITIONER NOT GIVING COOLING
DEAR SIR/MADAM,
MY NAME IS BIBHA GUPTA, I AM PURCHASING AN AIR CONDITIONER (L G) FROM A RETAIL SHOP THESE SHOP NAME IS MITTAL ELECTRONICS, RISHRA-51/53 N.S.ROAD DATED-18/03/2014, THAT IS FULLY WARRANTY PERIOD, BUT LAST 30 DAYS THIS AIR CONDITIONER NOT GIVING COOLING, THEN THIS MATTERS SAY TO L G CUSTOMER CARE AND L G SERVICING PERSON COME IN MY HOME AND HE WAS JUST CLEAN HIS DUST BUT HIS COOLING POWER NOT BE AFFECTED THEN I AM CALL AGAIN HIS HELP LINE NUMBER, BUT THEY ARE NO REPLY,

Regarding promotional offers by Dealers
Dear sir,
I purchased an LG fridge model- GL 281SMG5-270lts from an LG Dealer - Bharath Electronics & Appliances, coimbatore-12 on 23.12.2009 wide Invoice No- I / 0910/ CBE/ 9907.
During the purchase I was shown a LG pamphlet mentioning plastic food containers worth Rs. 500.00 along with a fridge. Later they told me that it was not in stock and they will deliver it as and when they get it from LG.
But now even after almost a month, I am getting a reply that LG has not sent them the gift items as mentioned in their Ads and so they cannot be faulted. I was told to ask LG, coimbatore about it.
I reached the LG , coimbatore office by phone today and I enquired about it. One cheerful lady answered me that no such plastic containers were offered as promotional offers along with 270lts Single door GL 281SMG5 fridge now during New Year. It was offered only during Diwali. I mentioned about the pamphlet I was shown by the dealer. But she was evasive and replied that LG has not promised to offer any . Am I to understand the implication that the dealer has fooled me and made false promises???
I am totally confused now. Is it one way of fleecing customers by offering false promises???? But I was shown a real LG pamphlet!!!!!. How come their own customer service in coimbatore are not aware??? Or is it that they are aware and they are told to turn blind eye to the promises by the dealers??
I am sorry. So far I had great respect for LG. I heard that LG customer service was good. Now hearing this from their customer service in coimbatore, I am pained to go by my friend's allegation that it was all a sales gimmick. He too had the same experience when he bought 270 lt-Double Door fridge a month back from another LG Dealer ,Sharptronics, Coimbatore and was promised a Juice Extractor and 2 Food Containers. Till now he too have not received any.
Hope the customer care - LG has answers for my Query.!

L G electronics india ltd — no response from company
i have a front load fully automatic lg washing machine which devoloped snag with it wash cycle and does not stop. i lodged complain noW9C[protected] on 12.09.09 with reapeated reminders and pleas with local service centre in panaji, goa and with their service help line. But so far problem has not been rectified even when the product was under warranty at the time of complainhope u can help me
