I have LG refrigerator .I complain to remove my fridge problem about proper Ice .A mechanic came through your authorized service center " CARE ZONE" D-20 Kamala Nehru nagar Rajasthan Jodhpur on dated 09 Jan 11 by Retail invoice 1964 and charge 221 Rs.He said your Fridge r OK, only change door of ice box and you get proper ice.He change the door of ice box date on 13 Jan 11 by retail invoice 1970 and charge 150 Rs.But ice box was not comp.In third visit with out having any parts he opened the parts and said your fridge compressor is fault.So runnig fridge totaly closed.Till After 3 months your company mechanic not complete the complain after that I checked fridge by local mechanic he remove all complain and said your compressor is OK .I feel that a reputed company have a very poor mechanic, service center and dealer . I totaly upset by your service . I think that you have to change your service center in jodhpur and also change dealer from Phalodi (Jodhpur).

cracks in the interior body of the fridge
I had purchased L G Refrigerator model 7 sr. no. 7091PEF 00396 for Rs. 25200 on 12.12.2007 . In the month of March 2009 I noticed cracks on the interior body of my refrigerator.Further more the vegetable box also developed cracks. I lodged a complaint regarding this at L G service center on 02.04.2009. An employee of L G service center collected the xerox of invoice and took a photograph of the defective portion of the refrigerator. Since then I have called the service center 13 times .The dates are as follows: 02.04.2009, 13.04.2009, 22.04.2009, 23.04.2009, 25.04.2009, 05.05.2009, 14.05.2009, 15.05.2009, 25.05.2009, 01.06.2009, 04.06.2009, 05.06.2009, 16.06.2009 . After 2 and a half months the service center admitted that they have lost the relevant papers. On top of that they had the cheek to tell me that I should not expect a good quality product though I have paid Rs. 25200 for it. And probably my 16 year old Godrej refrigerator is much better than this new L G fridge. My complaint no. is W9C40304216.
If action is not taken to replace my refridgerator legal action will be taken against you . You shall be liable to pay for the legal cost and mental harrassement. Kindly take note.
