I've received the defective product and it got returned to them and its been like 10 days, didn't get my refund yet.. everytime i call then aur email them.. they gave another date to wait.....

I have recieved the messege of delivery successful but no delivery has been recieved by me. I have not got any call from delivery agent and without asking about the OTP how did the status shows the package has been delivered.
