I need to cancel the item ..they are not delivering it on time ..not replying on time..so I want to cancel the order now nd refund my money.....

I ordered one outfit from this company for the festival and same was not delivered on time. When I received the outfit the material is so pathetic and size also not fit. I paid Rupees 3290/- for this outfit online.. Now inspite of several mails they are not ready to exchange the outfit.. I need my out fit to be exchanged also I need compensation for the same....
