Payed £12.98 for bras. Not received

Labubu took some money from my account but I don’t remember what or who they are. On 31st August 2022 they took £11.98. That money has gone and now I realise that they have taken on 9th October 2022. £18.98. This is a scam from what I have seen on internet.They own lots and lots of different named companies. People never getting their goods and can’t get hold of them. Do you think I can get my money back from the bank...

I ordered 3 of these bags from Labubu on
12th September 2022 and paid £42.96 I have not received these items and cannot get in touch with them. They do not have a proper
telephone number only one which would cost a fortune if rung and explain what happened.
Is there anyway I can get my money refunded?
