This is a Fraus Company. I have ordered one mini cooler on 17/4/22 n they took my money but never deliver it. I am going to consumer forum against them..

I hv ordered a mini cooler on[protected], they took my money but never delivered it..We are going to conusumer forum to complain against this fraud company.

I placed order of two mini portable air conditioner. They kept waiting no further mail i got. Continuously mailing them to cancel my order and refund my money but they are not responding. Please help me to get my money back .

I had ordered a Mini Portable AC-Green from this website using G-Pay on 29th April, 2022. The product has not yet been delivered. I tracked my order but it is showing that the order is still processing. I request a refund of 399 rupees.

I ordered an mini portable cooler from lacasha at the date 14/04/2022 .it almost 1 month to go it curently is in processing. They didnot provide any kind of conformation or anything.

I ordered one remote controlled toy flying helicopter vide my order number 99883 on Dated 26 March 22. Payment was made successfully. Till date delivery of order not done. I emailed them but no reply.

I have placed the order and made payment. But never received the item.

I am suspecting this may be a Chinese webpage fraud running in India.
They are cheating us.

Please take appropriate action asap.

My name is Abhishek Bajpai. I have ordered mini portable AC from the website on 4th of May. Order ID- #180247. Order is still processing since the date. Not any single update is available about the order. They aren't responding for the Email either. Kindly look into this.

I ordered a mini portable cooler but didn't receive any confirmation from them they didn't give option even to cancel the order.. I want to cancel my order and refund my money

I had ordered a Mini Portable AC-Green from this website using G-Pay on 17th April, 2022. The product has not yet been delivered. I tracked my order but it is showing that the order is still processing. I request a refund of 399 rupees.

I ordered a mini cooler. Order number # 172288 (on this date 26/04/2022). It has been 9 days but the order has not been delivered yet, but it was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. No phone calls or SMS have been received yet regarding the delivery of the order. And they do not have a phone number to communicate. So I have to complain. Will the money be refunded in any way, can anyone tell a little?

I placed an order (order id 154904) on Lacasha website containing Mini Portable Fan Arctic Air Personal Space Cooler on 18th April 2022 and paid 399 for the same product but still now don't recived any shipping confirmation or product. In that website showing order processing last 17 days. Please do the needful .

I had purchased portable mini ac but till now in the profile showing possessing.

I had purchased portable AC for 449/-(paid in full through Paytm) from this site after seeing review from News18 bangla, tv9bangla and came to know about the site.I haven't received my order yet .It's showing order is under process as it is showing to all customers.The news channel that misguided us should be punished too.Moreover, I am surprised to see our honorable cyber security also.

Ordered a mini cooler almost a month ago (6th April 2022) on their website (lacasha.com). Neither the product has arrived nor have received any update on the order after the initial order confirmation.

The website has a 'track your order' function, however, it just says 'under process'. I have written to them to cancel the order and refund my money, but there is no reply.

I ordered Mini air desktop refrigeratored fan 1 for 479 and Educational english learner laptop with Mouse 1 for 245. Order number 109382 dated 07/04/2022. I have paid full amount of rupees 724 because there was not cash on delivery option available.

Till today i have not received my items and if i check online then order status still shows processing.

I think this site if fraud and some legal action needs to be taken immediately.

I had placed an order for Multi Function Mini Portable Air Conditioner through website www.lacashr.com on 10th April'22 & payments of Rs 399/- was also paid by me online by my Debit card after registering in their website.My email address & mobile number were mentioned during registering in their site.I could find after logging into their site the the material to be despatched against my order number 120774 dated 10/4/22 is under process.In this context neither I got any informations in my moblie / email address about the order confirmation. Today on 1st May'22 ( after almost 20 days) again when I checked the status of my order in their website it is still showing the order is under process. I really do not know how to resolve my problem as in their website no customer care number/ contact us is available so that I could contact them directly to know the delivery status of my order number 120774 which I now conclude to be a fraud company cheating people promising to deliver online orders after collecting payments from customers.If they cannot deliver items they should refund money to the customers. I have sent them emails but there is no reply from them.Please look into the matter & help me out to resolve this issue.Regds,

I ordered 2 mini portable ac on 13/4/2022 rupees 399 each. I did not received any message/email from this website.I think this website is fraud

I ordered Muli-function Mini Portable Air Conditioner SKU: MC152 and paid Rs. 399.00 and payment method Paytm on 13/04/2022 and order ID is 137582 but while tracking it is always shows under process. I sent email through their website but no response.

The website is full of crap, it has been more than days there's no update of the order and it just shows it's under processing. When I tried to contact them in their customer care there was no reply back.

Please shut down this kind of websites, these are scam websites, looting people's money.

I had ordered for oil dispenser bottles set with wooden caddy set on 21 feb 2022. its been more than two months now and nothing happened till today. I had paid Rs. 510 for the product. Such a fraud online phishing spam website.
