I ordered designer dress on ladyware.in by mode of 'cash on delivery'. When delivery executive given me parcel i paid him total amount :rs.755/= but when i opened the parcel i received cheap quality of saree instead of designer dress. These people had cheated me please take serious action against these seller and punish them with hefty fines and please register my complaint and try to refund my money i will very thankful...

I ordered the gown of rs. 790.20 from ladyware.in the website and amount is deposited in the name of the angel fashion account and my product order number is 44868af but they delivered the product through bluedart courier (Saroli etail operations, surat - tracking id -[protected]) one old cheap saree and while i'm trying to replace it i'm not getting any response from their customer care numbers, please look it into this case.
