I am a resident of chandrapur, Maharashtra which is approx 800km far from Pune. I called the institute to enquire about makeup course they are asking me to come to Pune to get full details. Now spending 3k to travel to and fro plus paying for 2 days stay, approx 4500 RS in total also more to travel around the city just to have full details about the course, how is that even valid? What the dumbest policy they have. Lakme must know the worth of 4500 rs. It is more than anything.. They shall take proper measure against this.

They are money oriented. Not encourage students work.not qualified teaching

I have completed my Advance Makeup course from Lakme Aptech Chennai (T.nagar) last year October. I haven't received my certificate yet.. when I enrolled they wrote my name wrongly. I spotted them immediately and they said it's not a problem... Now Its getting hold due to this.. I'm chasing them for the past 7 months... The amount I have spent is something huge. This is really racking my brain

I’m a student of lakme academy aptech in kolkata and. A faculty here has made my life so much difficult she fills my every class with problems she isn’t a trained faculty I doubt she can’t teach properly she talks about personal life all time she bullies me insults me in every class infront of every one i asked the centre head what should i do I can’t study in this environment but everyone there told me to adjust but I can’t adjust anymore situation is so bad either I’ll hit her or I’ll file a police complaint. Please help me out what should i do

Sir/mam I am studying in lakme academy since 3 months ago.but I have some problem with academy management of bad timing and miss behave so how can solve it. Please solve my problem

I am student of lakme academy Patna Fraser road branch from 2 November 2019, when I join they told me your course will complete only 11 month but till not completed, I live in pune with my family, some pendemic reason or more as not do.and my daughter study is effected her exam and all, and many more problem which was facing I m, my course is 8 to 9 month more taken to complete, so it was extremely late to me and I am not able to complete course there, so decided to complete my course in pune in Pimpri, zonal head is omprakash Dhumal sir they told me everything taken under me, and east zonal head subhashis sir is not want to transfer my course.Is lakme under these seniors? They controlled lakme academy students life .

I send mail for transfer on 5 November 2021, its seem to be taken 15 days to 1 month but not it almost gone 3 month but they told me everytime your transfer is initiated.it was in process but I m very very dispoint to lakme, it's effect my carrier.please solve my problem, 🙏soon as possible.

Lakme is not good for training purpose i am submit my cosmetology fee on tym and it's not worthy subse alag charge kia upar se Lakme wale koi commitment poory nahi kurte so don't waste money

I Rekha from Mahendergarh, Haryana had visited one of your branch (Lakme Academy, Hisar) for taking admission in Diploma in Cosmology course. There they given me a form to fill student details and they had taken 5000 rs as initial transaction. They had given me assurance that they are having 12 to 15 students and good faculty. But during the classes there is only 02 students (including me), no faculty and equipments.A hired teacher visits the academy once or twice the week. All the equipments are used for personal saloon purpose only not for teaching purpose.Lakme is a appreciated world wide brand and for that I had taken a long step. I also drop out my daughter (5 yrs old) from school in Mahendergarh for the course. My husband is a defence personal posted in Kochin.So I am raising this issue to notify you that don’t spoil your brand name by given franchisee to such people.
I requested you to look in to my matter and help me out to get my money back.

1. I've given advance amount to lakme academy bhopal of 5000 and due to some personal reason I was unable to join the class. Now they are not ready to give me the refund
They have not given me any details regarding registration
No receipt was given to me and no terms or conditions were told while registering. They insisted to give amount to start online classes and till 2 weeks they didn't start any class. And after that I had some problem and told them I'll not be able to join but they clearly said they will not give the refund.

Before 2 months there was an exam in Lakme academy Hyderabad Sainikpuri I gave my best in the exam but they are giving me any response and they gave me B grade...even though I was the best student..i asked to complain regarding this but there is no any response...i payed 63k and got this worst results...i want to know the reason or the process of reexamine

When i joined the academy, i was been assured that the classes for our hairstyles, will start immediately after our advance make up course.

But unfortunately our advanced course itself was delayed by about 10 days, for the reasons better know by the academy, i was shocked to see that even the faculty was changed, i somehow adjusted with that but now our hairstyles course is also being delayed unnecessarily,
I am not even being given a specific date when the classes for hairstyle will start. Not even a single mail from the academy on this respect. Entire fees paid in advance

When i discussed this issue with the center coordinator, i was told that profession hairstylist is not yet finalized.
We joined the academy for the trust we have on brand lakme, thinking that we will have a professional study environment.

We were assured by your past co-ordinator that our entire course will be completed by december our exams will be in conducted in january. Now entire course and exams are running behind schedule.

We had planned our professional start-ups based on your commitments. Now how do expect us to cope with this unexpected delay.

I hereby request you to take up the matter with the academy and start the classes for hairstyle earliest with a certified professional and complete my course i cannot bear any further delay in my course.

I have to bring to your notice that lakme academy, aligarh is not providing proper education and products. Their staff behaviour is totally unprofessional. During counseling they promised us that they will provide personal kit. They kept calling to deposit money so they could order our kit. It's been two months and we still didn't get any product. The first chapter is about sanitation and they were not even following that until we complained with owner. I have invested my time and money. And if this is how lakme academy works, why will we refer lakme academy to people who are interested in beauty and makeup course. They are more interested in selling their product than educating the students. And they have even given demo on me by their personal staff of lakme salon. They introduced her trainer even though she is not certified trainer. And when i confronted them about not keeping their promises, they outright denied it. And now they are blaming me for bad behaviour. And now am i not supposed even fight for my rights. Please get me my refund. As, i hope the main branch can solve this problem. As i have heard that rest of the branches are working well.
