My name srinivasa reddy residing in usa purchased car model venue in the name of my mother venkata lakshmi on 2 November 2021 and took delivary . Sir on trust on your company as I have big relationships with you by I have purchased previously i20 in my name I 10 in my sister name srilakshmi and creta in my name following now it's venue. I got great respect on your services I sent my driver to take delivary of new car and I have discussed all the things by phone with your company advisor they told me all related documents kept in car so that the car can move to one place to other .my parents are going on so work to Hyderabad they came to know that their are no temporary registration documents as police stopped in border of aswraopeta fastag, seatcovers(accseries), in the car while I am calling to my car advisor Mr Vijay number is [[protected]} not responding to my call. Please treat matter is for urgent and resolve or I am ready to give my car.

Given my car for repair not repaired and damaged my car not yet delivered

Respected sir,
I own a Hyundai Santro model 2019 Vin no 019833, Eng no. 968150 with vehicle bearing No.TS 07 GM 3294, I dropped my vehicle, on 26.02.2021 at Lakshmi Hyundai Service Center at LB Nagar for inspection and maintenance of engine checkup, light and abs light and other issues like small jerking when car speed is slow, later after 20 days, your mechanic Mr. Shiva Kumar has informed me, that they have checked my car with the demo car and traced out the problem to be with the ECM Module and asked me to pay an advance of Rs.30, 000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand) and accordingly I paid the said amount on 12.04.2021 and thereafter I placed several calls to your service centre to know the status of my vehicle and there was no response from your representatives. I was forced to visit the Service Centre to take delivery of my car but it was utter surprise to me that my car is not in a roadworthy condition and your service centre mechanics have damaged my car body Shell right door and my car is not in a moving condition. Up on me questioning them regarding the same, they suggested me to take the delivery of my car in the same bad condition and gave reckless and irresponsible answers. Your mechanics have damaged my vehicle and till date, my vehicle is still at the Service Centre. I incurred huge financial loss of income of Rs. 25, 000 per month and mental agony due to the abnormal delay occurred out of your company negligence.
Hence you are hereby called upon to deliver the vehicle at the roadworthy condition and compensate me for the financial loss that I incurred due to lack of my vehicle i.e. Rs. 1, 50, 000/- (25, 000 p.m x 6 months) to me within a period of eight (8) days from the date of receipt of this message, failing which, I will take legal action for which you will be held responsible for all the costs and consequences thereof.
Note: A copy of job card and the bill receipt of the amount paid at the service centre is herewith enclosed.

Worst Service paid service

I have given my vehicle TS15EX0640 for a paid service with out doing any thing just for cleaning and air filters change they have charged 10k worst part is I had 3 issues to address and none of them are fixed this is at Lakshmi Hyundai Madinaguda never in my life time I will choose this service Center

Hi my vehicle no : TS08HG6985, I have purchased my vehicle in November and complete my second servicing at 10000kms, after second servicing my vehicle shows "diesel filter regeneration required" this is third time m facing this issue. After visiting service center (lakshmi hyundai, Nizampet)for third time with the same issue, they are saying that this will come like that no need to worry...I never excepted this from hyundai like this. It is clearly saying that there is issue in exhaust system but service center cannot understand this..

Bought venue in jan 2021. The person who explained me the features is having zero knowledge. No one is there to give proper details. Finance executives made me roam in the roads becz of half information provided while applying for loan.
When the number plates are ready lakahmi hyundai person is asking me to come to wherever is convenient for them not for customer and also not to the show6where i bought the car.they are like if you want come here.or leave it. Careless attitude

Had purchased my car (Santro) at Lakshmi Hyundai in Dec 2020 and from then I regret for doing this purchase in your showroom due to the experience I had with your sales team which is continuing even now to get me an extended warranty which I was promised while purchasing the car. It had been more than 2 months reminding them on this and still haven't got the warranty. I agree that the extended warranty will not make much difference as it is 4th yearly, however, it does impact the reputation. Hope you understand and please expedite the process.
I don't see a value for the customer at Lakshmi Hyundai as I keep following up with their sales team from the time I placed this booking!
Very very disappointed with this showroom sales.

Regarding sound system update
Vehicle number TS08FH9966 has not updated sound system till vehilce purchased .
Even service also they have not responding properly while given for service .

My mother preetha.v had booked a new santro car in month of December even after payment by Jan 08th, 2021 those people delivered me car only by Jan 28, 2021 I wonder whether to deliver a car it takes so long after a fight that produced my car. When I took delivery only I would feel the roughness of paint, a dent near window & replacement of a door did they give me a second hand car or test drive car. Please take requests & reply me or else I'm ready to face Hyundai in media & consumer court.

Respected Sir: Iam E. Ravi kumar, on date i.e.[protected] I paid the INR.11, 000 rupees towards advance for vehicle (Venue 1.2S). After paying the advance amount I agreed to pay half amount (Cash) within dt.[protected], remaing balance mount (Cash) will pay another 4-5days. But as per as per instructions from your team on same day, total vehicle cost amount needs to pay by end of Dt.[protected]. However iam unable to pay the total amount as per given shorter time. So I requested the cancellation on same day (within 3-4 hours). So kindly arrange the total refund of INR11, 000

I booked for Hyundai Aura by paying 2.7 lakh on 29th Oct, bearing receipt number is 1833 dated 29th Oct' 2020 for Rs. 21, 000 and No. 2100 for Rs. 2, 50, 000 lakhs dated 14th Nov' 2020. On their request I waited till 7th of Dec and finally they have advised me to go for refund of money as they were not able to deliver the vehicle.
So on their request I applied for refund of advance amount but ( Lakshmi Hyundai Motors, Himayatnagar) they have deducted Rs. 2800 and was paid only 2.68 lakhs, for no fault of mine.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Vehicle registration and others

I took a delivery of Hyundai i20 elite on 8th of November it’s been 12 days but the vehicle is still not registered, everytime I call they say it will be done by Monday and now they have stopped answering my calls as well. Besides this after I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed that the original mat was not provided. I did inform this to the sales representative who said would call back but no response and now the representative is not answering my calls

Service is worst
It’s been 1 month now since my car is in service center after I met with a minor accident. Looking at the damages the service engineer said it would take 10 days, if not maximum of 15 days for repairing the car. Every time I call him he is saying parts are not available it will take some more time. It’s been a month now, When I called him last week he said it’s done and we are waiting for one pipe to be received and it car repair would complete in next 3 days.
I visited the service center yesterday and I see my car is still not touched. It’s been parked in the same place since day 1. When asked about that he says we are waiting for few more parts and we will start the work once we receive them.
And he said it will take few more days to receive those parts.
This is the worst thing I can expect from Hyundai service center.
No proper updates, no follow ups,
I Will never ever visit Lakshmi Hyundai, Madinaguda branch service center nor suggest someone to go there for service or repairs.
I visited the service center yesterday and I see my car is still not touched. It’s been parked in the same place since day 1. When asked about that he says we are waiting for few more parts and we will start the work once we receive them.

This is the worst thing I can expect from Hyundai service center.

I want to report a complaint that my car electronic power steering is in on condition and i cannot able to move steering but it is moving front and backwards but not rotating steer wheel in the car i went to showroom and they are not checking or not responding correctly, please make try to solve this problem

Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice about your dealer(vizag) how they are cheating customers and how they are playing and stealing money from the customer.your intervention is required please take it very seriously and help to customer
my self venkata vijay i bought a new car on the 5th of this month(5jun2020).At the time of booking your sales team tells somany sweet stores and makes me booked after booking they start showing the original.Earlier me and my friend booked a car at lakshmi hyundai ramatalkies area. Some of the reasons he didn't do that but we paid the booking amount .When I am approached for my car at the Rama Talkies show room I am not happy with the sales people and their behavior. i gave my business cart to that sales fellow that fellow cleaning his fingers mood with that, i felt very angry and went to the birla showroom.Both of these fellows played a lot of games to transfer my booking amount.Mr.karthik (sales manager at Birla showroom) befour booking the car he told me I will take care about that amount and I will arrange it and do it needfully.when i went to take a new car, this fellow saying sir that amount not came to u don't have any blood relation with the person.he changed his words and tried to cheat me.Then I call my friend and ask about the earlier amount he called to rama talkies people and they are saying sir amount is transferred.after a big fight i come to know all this things.Normally in all the showrooms, cars will be delivered after the delivery order is issued by the bank. but your people play a cheap game and change the roul and try to miss my good time which I fixed earlier.because i am not taking the car to the ramatalkies showroom, so all the accounts people change the process and ask about the full amount .Then I went to the bank and asked the concerned authority about the process, he also felt bad about the people who are representing Hyundai in vizag.Then he helped me and released the amount fully.Finally I am taking a car, still I have not received the amount that those people are trying to steal from me (advance).the car is full of scratches and covered with teflon coating at the time of delivery, i am given a complaint about this no one is talking careCome to the cheating commitments still seat covers are not fixed in my car from the last 15 day. The assessors team fixed car mud flaps with screws/i checked clearly and came to know it was not suitable for this model. He altered the other car mud flaps to this car .He spoiled the plastic beading with the screws.please replace the beading which is got holes.Finally one woman called me about this. I explained everything clearly, instead of solving my issues, she asked me for a good rating and I did not do that.she manipulated the original feedback report.Still, I have not received any call from the Head office for feedback.For typing this mail it takes 30 mins please understand the situation and I need help.I am expecting disciplinary action against this dealer and the people who all are involved in this .

they gave us a old, used body cover n acessorios were also not given as promised

I bought car on march 2nd 2020. As they have promises some of the accessories they have given us non. Today after 3months on my insist to atlest give us body cover, they have ask me to come to the showroom and give me a used a very old body cover. Are customers fools? The worst experiences

While purchasing they have promised to give all the accessories after delivering they have not given oem rubber/ fiber car door edge gaurds, 5 liters petrol coupon floor mats not given they have treated us on bad manner, need to register the complaint to hyundai to take action and provide the above said materials to me

fastag not working. please refund the amount

Struggled so much for delivery, number plate, after delivery service which was pathetic.
Fastag not working. Raised so many complaints, to sales person, but no step being taken. Please refund that amount to us since we had to get new fastag now.
Disgusting and pathetic service. Even no reply to mail written to so many people in your company.

tcs certificate not issued even 4 months after invoice issued

A vehicle was purchased on 29th april 2019 (Invoice date) delivery taken on 6th may. Till date that is more than 4 months later the tcs certificate has not been issued, although as per law this should have been issued no later than the following month aftre money was collected for same (Ie latest by june 2019).
Inspite of repeated phone calls and reminders to lakshmi hyundai as well as complaints to hyundai motor customer care, the issue has not been resolved

poor/worst service - lakshmi hyundai madinaguda

3 months back i have given my i20 for general service, they have charged me 13k. Recently my car broke down, i towed my vehicle to the same service centre, first they were like the self motor broke down we are checking. After 4 hours they called me and said engine got ceased and to open the engine they are charging 2k. I asked for the estimate, at first the guy wasn't willing to give any as i insisted he said it takes around 1 lakh and it can go beyond that. I asked him not to open and gave my vehicle to a known mechanic. He said the engine oil and coolant oil are not there. Ideally they should be around 6 lts now they are of half lt, because of that there is no circulation and engine parts like (Crank, radiator, bearings) etc got ruptured and everything needs to be replaced. He charged me 35k.
Today the customer care guy called me, i told the scene and asked him i gave my vehicle 3 months back for service did you not refill the lubricants at least and how can the price variation be 70k to outside, he went into defensive mode. Worst experience. Never trust what ever the service guys tell you, have a second opinion and during servicing if they say they have refilled everything you do check whether they did what they are claiming. My advice do not visit this centre.

lakshmi hyundai kalyan nagar bangalore cheaters and fraudsters

Never buy or approach these cheaters. False promises and never give RTO Registration in form of DD to these buggers. They just misuse it and don't give any update on the Registration process until we force to do. Cheating people in decent manner, wearing ties and good attire. Imtiaz from Kalyan Nagar branch is even worse.
They have taken Vehicle Registration amount of Rs. 68400. While taking the DD they said they will proceed for the Vehicle Registration. I already paid more than 95% On-Road price of the vehicle (5.75 Lakhs) excluding the Registration amount. They kept DD for 12 days without updating me about the status of the Registration. When asked for the updates, they started shouting like road-side Gundas. The Sales Executive Sunanda is very worst, she tries to be over smart with her Managers and try to be provocative .
The Lakshmi Hyundai Kalyan Nagar Branch Manager is such an ###, his name is Imtiaz. He is a Gunda wearing a tie. He don't have any manners and plays cheap tricks.

They have taken Vehicle Registration amount of Rs. 68400. While taking the DD they said they will proceed for the Vehicle Registration. I already paid more than 95% On-Road price of the vehicle (5.75 Lakhs) excluding the Registration amount. They kept DD for 12 days without updating me about the status of the Registration. When asked for the updates, they started shouting like road-side Gundas. The Sales Executive Sunanda is very worst, she tries to be over smart with her Managers and try to be provocative .
The Lakshmi Hyundai Kalyan Nagar Branch Manager is such an ###, his name is Imtiaz. He is a Gunda wearing a tie. He don't have any manners and plays cheap tricks.

pressurizing to take delivery of display car having paint issues

I approached Lakshmi Hyundai (A unit of Sri Jayalakshmi Automobiles Pvt.Ltd), GM Arcade Building No 102/3, Hebbal- Bellary Road, Bangalore - 560 092 to inquire about Elite i20 car and ended up booking the sportz plus variant marina blue color 2019 model for a total price of INR 8, 26, 000/- (Eight Lakh and twenty six thousand Rupees) with free accessories (PU leather seat, scuff plate, door visor and car cover). Sales executive Mr. Emmanual showed me the display car (i20 sports plus blue) parked inside the showroom for explaining features on 16th February. As there were issues with paint on display car, I requested Mr.Emmanuel to provide me fresh car from stock and not the display car. I paid the cash of INR 1, 50, 00 towards down payment and INR 46000 through credit card and wallet money. All things went smooth (loan process and down payment) but, when requested to provide the insurance details one day before to complete the RTO registration, I happened to identify the allocated car unit was display car having paint issues. When I denied to continue with registration, Mr Emmanual, Mr Shashank and the branch manager Mr. Imtiaz verbally committed to provide the new car from stockyard within one week of time. However, i was called to visit showroom on 9th March 2019 and told me that the cancellation cannot happen due to car being already allocation from the backend team and forcing me to take the delivery of display car having paint issues. I can submit all the necessary documents to justify the complaint i raised and requesting assistance to get value of my hard earned money.

I am the proud owner of or18a7447 and or17b 7447 till 2016.
Before coming to vizayanaram branch, i was regular customer of your rajahmundry branch and never had any cimplaints and my vechiles are perfect.
By my badluck, i went to your vizayanaram branch and from that movement, my badluck started and the same was in your records.
Your people of vizayanaram branch looted me like anything and my vechiles was always on breakdown from 2916 and you people took more than 1.75 lakhs as well as my ecu which was never rectified by your branch and your vizayanaram branch persons stoped to receive my calls.
Out if compulsen, my self and my friend forced to purchase one baleno and 2018 ciaz from suzuki from maruti even i am favour of your company.
I was so fascinated to purchase new santro, but afaried of your local vzm people regarding service and looting.
I purchased my both vehicles or18a 7447 and or18b7447 from utkal hyundai of odisha, but both my vehicles were servicerd my laxmi hyundai, rajahmundry for most of the times.
I disposed santro or18a7447 as scrap. Or18b7447 is still in my car shed and i may be forced to make it scrap even after spending more than 2 lake in 2016 and my vechicle run for only 10000 km's after spending the money

regarding purchase of i20 car

Hopeless and worst to the top most service i have never seen in any other showrooms, this lakshmi hyundai showroom were i purchased new i20 and not even a single commitment they have completed what they promised to do, and more over they have very poor quality of serving the customers who book the vehicle in this """lakshmi hyyndai showroom""""there response will be good until we book the vehicle once the vehicle is booked they will show their another face. So my request is please think twice before booking a vehicle in this"""lakshmi hyundai showroom" because i have faced lot lot of problems from then even today am facing it still my problems are not yet resolved so please you don't get stuck to this kind of situation

I have given my 2013 i20 (Ts 07 ek 6687) sportz for general servicing in (Lakshmi hyundai madinaguda) as we are going to a tour for maharashtra. I asked them to change brake pads,
Engine oil (Synthetic), oil filter, and general checkup, at the time of receiving my vehicle after service the bill was around 14000. I asked them to explain the work they have done for 14000. The one who took my car for servicing was not present at that time. For outside jobs they added around 3000. I dont know why they added this amount. There is no perfect reason for that. I dont know why outside jobs are required for brake pads and all those stuff. If this is the reason i would have given my car to outside workshops. (Final result of servicing):- full shake of car while applying brakes above 100kmph. Not at all satisfactory for that amount spent

the wind shield of my car ap31 ay6240 was broken during servicing.

My car was given for servicing on 2/6/2018 with clutch problem at your service center at birla junction visakhapatnam. In the receipt they provided they have mentioned even scratches on the body but not mentioned about any cracks on the wind shield. But on monday evening they asked that some crack is there on the windshield and they wanted to replace it. As i have not noticed any crack, i thought this may be a trick to get more job done, as it is a routine practice there. They have carried out the repairs, as i was out of station i requested them to send the vehicle driven by your driver. It was sent home. my son who received the car was shocked to see the crack and inquired over phone. when he sent me the photo by whats app i was also shocked. When i returned home I observed the crack which was done from inside, may be while doing some repair. As i was not knowing your compalint portal, i conveyed the same message in your contact us page. But so far no response. As the crack is the mistake of the company knowingly or unknowingly kindly arrage for replacement at the earliest.

giving me trouble with my vehicle
My vehicle eon ts12ub1343 given to lakshmi hyundai banjarahills rd no14 on 28 of feb and the are still making time pass and making fun of my vehicle just like that no one in the workshop is fit to be in that position i am completely not satisfied with the service given to me and i need my vehicle tomorrow at any cost i can't bear this any more i demand that the workers need to be replaced and i am visiting the work shop regularly and the are just dealing as if they don't care no one is fit to be in the work shop i demand my vehicle to be ready by tomorrow at any cost thank you i expect this mail is not neglected as the did with my vehicle i don't have any trust in the advisors their and the technical people their i am visiting the workshop regularly and am solving the problems in the vehicle please take my vehicle as a serious concern thank you

problem with quality of bridgestone tyres

My name is m avinash singh and i have purchased hyundai i20 active sx on 31st oct 2016 with registered no: ts09eq8161. I'm facing severe problem with quality of tyres (Bridge stone) given with it. I serviced my car 2nd time at hyundai authorised service centre located at banajara hills hyderabad telangana with meter reading 4500 km. There was no wheel alignment required as the condition was good and the problem was a hole produced on the right side of the tyre just above the grip of the tyre, making it impossible for any puncture shop worker to repair it and several other's advised me to put a tube in tyre so that i can use it. But i thought to take it to service centre and replace it with new one as it was carrying warranty. Thus i took it to service centre and told them about my problem with it and they took some pictures of it and re-placed the tyre as 80% payed by them (Service or vendor department) and 20% payed by me after one week!
But now, i'm facing same problem as quality of tyre with spare tyre (Or stepney) given along with the car as i was using it after the first one got damaged. I used it for 900 km after replacing the first tyre. Thus it got damaged as the first one!
Sir, i have purchased a top model hyundai i20 active sx, so that i could avail all the facilities while enjoying my ride. But i'm unable to do it as i'm feared of quality of tyres.
I've got more bad news from the service and vendor department after i complained about second tyre with them, that they cannot replace it now as they did not receive the amount of first tyre and one more thing they told me that once the vehicle is purchased and driven out of showroom for 4- 10 kms. We are not responsible!
Is this the way the customers are treated? Was the statement correct? Am i purchasing a product of china which can work or not after i take it home? I am really very unhappy with type of response from service and vendor department.
Kindly, please help me in this regard.
