We tried using the spare car key that has been provided. But it is not working, and so when tried to contact the showroom with respect to this we have been informed that, in order to get it fixed, we need to pay rs.6000/-
Paying 6000 bucks to get the key (Remote) fixed which has not been used till now seems so irrelevant as the showroom is responsible in providing better quality remote and not charge the customer

I have given my creta ap31 du5319 at visakhapatnam service centre for miner repairs. I am told it costs rs 9000/ but when insurance claimed it worked out to rs 14000+. Vehicle to be delivered on saturday but 5 days passed and still no response. Fibre components are not available for most selling creta now itself raises doubts for its life. Honest and sincere staff is reason for such.

Vehicle No.AP09BZ5795 I20 Sportz Diesel variant 2010 model.
I am regular visitor to your Banjara Hills Road No.14 service centre for the last 5-6 years.
As it was very hot due to summer, I did not go to Banjara Hills on 15.04.2017. But have given the vehicle for general servicing at your Moosarambagh service centre on 15.04.2017 - Est No. S[protected] for Rs. 10, 548 which was paid. There were no specific problems before service.
But after service and while taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed that the vehicle was stopping suddenly while holding clutch and while changing gears. This problem was not there before service. I pointed out to the service person who checked by a drive and advised to change the clutches immediately.
As the problem was continuing regularly, I contacted your Banjara Hills service centre. Mr. Pavan Reddy who checked the vehicle advised that the cluth has gone completely and has to be changed. I gave the vehicle for the purpose and the clutch was changed vide Invoice No.B[protected] dt.13.05.2017 for Rs.15, 014.
But the problem persisted, and I again contacted Mr. Pavan Reddy and on his advise gave the vehicle for checking on 20.05.2017 which was done vide Invoice No.B[protected] dt.20.05.2017 for amount Nil. I was advised that the clutch switch has gone and has to be replaced. But vehicle was checked and returned without any changes.
But problem continued and when I was contacted by Ms. Lakshmi of Banjara Hills Service centre, on 23rd, to enquire about how was the service, I advised that the problem is not yet resolved. She advised that she will be sending a person to my residence for checkup.
On 24.05.2017 your technician Mr. Suresh (name not sure) visited in the after noon and checked the vehicle and confirmed that the problem is there. He advised that the vehicle has to be taken to service centre for checkup.
On 25.05.2017 the vehicle was taken again to service centre at Banjara Hills vide Invoice No.nil dt.25.05.2017. Yesterday somebody called me from servicecentre that the cylinder has failed due to which and overheating the problem is continuing. I told him to check thoroughly and confirm that the problem is resolved by changing cylinder.
I would like to pointout the following issues:
1. Vehicle was not stopping in clutch/changing gears, before service by Moosarambagh service centre on 15th Apr. The problem developed only afterwards and advised by the technician there that clutch has to be changed.
2. Your Banjara Hills service centre which checked the vehicle on 13th May, did not point out any other issues than changing the clutch.
3. The vehicle was checked by your technicians 4-5 times but there is no solution to the problem. And every time a new issue is being advised as reason. And I do not know when the issue is finally resolved.
4. I feel that a thorough job has not been done for resolving the issue.
5. While I do not mind paying for replacements, as a customer I will be happy if the problem is resolved in 1-2 visits.
I shall be happy if you can advise all concerned to take things more seriously and resolve customer issues in total and not piece meal.

Refund of down payment

I booked a Hyundai EON car on 23 Jun 2012 and paid Rs 10000 as booking amount (receipt no 166) along with all documents for arranging Car loan. On 28 Jun 12 I paid Balance Rs 40303 as down payment(receipt no 174). The company was arranging my car loan from SBI bank @ interest rate 11.25%. The company has promised me to deliver the car on 30 Jun 12. On 30 Jun when I went to take the delivery of car, I was inform that My loan was not getting approved from SBI bank and I should wait till 2 Jul 12. On 2nd Jul the company Rep informed me that my loan was not approved by SBI bank. Then I told them that They must return my down payment as I cannot make full payment.
The Hyundai rep told me that they would Deduct Rs 1000 as cancellation amount. Then I told them that they have promised to arrange loan and same is not being done. I still want to take the car but I have to cancel it as company is not able to arrange me loan so they must not deduct any cancellation amount. The company rep has agreed and forwarded my request ans asked to come after two days. However, since 4 Jul till 17 Jul I went daily but i did not get my money back. They kept telling me some reasons like Finance manager is on leave or audit in progress and kept asking me to come on a latter date. On 17 evening they told me that I would get my money as Demand draft after deducting Rs 2000 as cancellation charges. I told them that earlier they told me that only Rs 1000 will be deducted and for the same I am fighting so that the amount should not be deducted and now they are telling me that Rs 2000 will be deducted. What about my money which they are holding since 23 Jun and what about my inconvenience as I am coming everyday to get back my money. This is creating a lot of trouble for me and I am being cheated by the company by getting false promises.
I further told them that at least they must give me my full refund if at all they are not paying interest for the period they have not refunded my money.
Now they are not agreeing to pay my full money.
Please look in the matter and advise me what can be done.

Service department - Poor Customer Service
I took my Hyundai Verna for service to Lakshmi Hyundai and was told that the car needs an additional part and it is not available currently. The service manager asked me to come back in a week. I sent the car with a driver to Lakshmi Hyundai and spoke to the service manager about the work and when it will be completed. He told me that it would be completed by 6 PM. I get a call in the afternoon [1 PM] saying that the part is not available again and I would have to get the vehicle back again. I asked him how come he did not check for the part when the car was brought in and he said that the systems don't come up until noon to check. What a sorry excuse!!! I see no other complaints in the consumer forums for Lakshmi Hyundai, but is this a one off or a repeat!!! The service manager didn't know ABCs of customer service. His lack of commitment to the customer is going to send this company downhill.
