Ear sir,
i want to make a complaint to u .its a very serious matter. i got the blood samples tested in your labs in meerut thinking that you are the most trusted and best lab in india.
but your reports have proven wrong.
yesterday i got my blood sugar pp tested at your lab near chaurasia nursing home meerut .result is highly shocking and disturbing . 67.8 is the result . i cwas so tensed i could not sleep whole night . then first then next morning i gave my blood sample at railway road branch to test blood sugar fasting . i got the report now and its result is 90.8 .
now u pls tell how is it possible that pp result is far lower than fasting . i condemn it and want to raise a complaint.if these type of testing is done i am afraid no one will ever get the blood tested from lal path labs. kindly go deep into the matter and do justice with me. your staff is playing with the lives of your customers.

Lab No[protected] patient name Suman, home collection done between 10 to 14 oct 23 from aambagh colony, Veerbhadra, Rishikesh.
Despite clarification at the time of sample collection, till today hard copy has not been provided.
Repeated reminders has been sent to the contact person via wats app. Hard copy is needed for record as patient is suffering from chronic illness and also to show these reports to the doctor.
Kindly do something and resolve pur issue by simply providing hard copy

Hello i am dr jitendra kumar .i have given my blood sample at lal path lab court road opp south city saharanpur uttar Pradesh on 30/01/2021..they said u will get your report in evening on same day..i didn't got ang message for my blood collection nor any mail ...i called them they said u will get report on Sunday evening..i again called them they didn't picked up my call...on Monday morning i went to the lab and ask for my report they replied u will get in evening..i have been so frustrated by there irresponsible attitude and behaviour towards customers...i am being doctor suffering so much how the general public would have felt..kindly take a note nd take strict acctions against them

I gave my sample on 19 november and I had paid 2400 for the same. The reports came out on 21 nov 2020 at 1am which state that the status of my infection is "inconclusive".
MY doctor advised me for a re-test, with no extra cost, stating that the sample might not have been taken properly. However tha lab executives demand payment for the re-test.
Kindly resolve my grievance. Same thing happened with my wife covid -19 test ..they give inconclusive just to make money..

Did not received the malaria report yet. The test was done at 9 am on 28th sept.2020 and it was mentioned that report will be sent by 8 pm. Since then i haven't received the report. Id is[protected]

With extreme displeasure and disappointment it is saddening to state that renowned and so called prestigious lab centers like dr lal pathology is making mockery of the customers by extracting money and giving them false and unreliable results.
On 10th of september 2020, i booked for home collection service of covid19 for my father.
On 11th of sept, your attendent came and collected the sample and guided us on report results i. E, the report will be declared within 48hrs.
After 48hrs the report shows the repeat sample, then i contacted to the customer care executive service they said we will call you in some time and not it has been more than 48hrs passed but no call received till now.
Yesterday i filed a complaint regarding refunds then they issued a concern refrence no.- inq[protected].
And your customer care executive explained that the regarding department will call youn within 4 to 6hrs and it has been more than 30 hrs passed and no action placed by you or your team or department.
The patient suffers alot due to this kind of disasterous disease and you guys harassing him too.
No action is taken by your team or department even in this pendamic situation.

Hi LAL PATH TEAM, I am very disappointed with the LAB results provided. They proved to be totally wrong. ON 23/4/2015 I have done lab test of my father "HARI SHANKER AGARWAL" for createnine value. When I received the report on 24/4/2015, I was literally shocked to see level of createnine to be 3.81 in LAB report no.[protected].
