Dear respected dgp sir,
Please help to save my life and land from bhoo mafias at kanpur as i have purchased and has been registered land on date 23/10/17 to make my house area 71.49 squire meter. After being done very much hard work by my husband since 12 years, we purchased this land in very critical economic condition. We are very depressed and afraid of the land mafias as pointed to kill us during our bhoomi pooja on date 1/12/17.

Sir, need your support and help as per the request.

There is a 1200sq yards plot of pgf company, some property dealers and politicians are make a fake papers of that plot and sell to innocent people's in 50, 75, 100sq yards. So, i request you to take a necessary action against them. The address they mentioned is rzs-224, satsang road nihal vihar, nangloi, new delhi-110041. Opp mother dairy. The all residing near them is threatened by them.

My father has purchased plot at "gachiboli" in the year of 1987. We have all the documents perfectly with each year ec and lrs. Now a guy named "krishna" who claims himself as pa of "suresh production" has been occupied our plot and constructing stadium and says no one has plot here except suresh productions.

My name is Sneh Lata Piplani and I am teh resident of R-544,New
Rajinder Nagar,new Delhi-110060. I lost my husband Lt. Capt. Anil
Piplani two months ago.

My son Mohit is writing this on my behalf. I live alone in this
property now. There is a long standing dispute of the property and is
pending in the court of law. Today my husbands elder brother Gopal
Piplani and his wife Suman Piplani along with some local property
goons came to my house and forced entry into my portion of the
premises. I dialled 100 for help and then went and met the SHO. To my
utter shock there seems something amiss and rather that going by what
court has siad and the papers mention the police officials were taking
out their own interpretations of the law.

In fact we were told that once someone enters the premises we should
go to the court and take and eviction notice and then the police will
help us implement the same. Do I not have the right to protect my
property and family? Do I not have the right to live in peace.

I thought the police is there to protect people and not harass them.
In this new and modern India where coruption is not something we take
lightly at all; 'New Rajinder Nagar' is still living in the dark ages.

It is sad to know that the common man is left with no one to go to and
money power is bigger than even law.

I hope my plea is heard and some action is taken to bring me and my
family some peace and much needed protection.

Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the complaint dated 21.02.2010, 12.03.2010 & 16.03.2010 titling CORRUPT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI GIVING SHELTERS TO LAND MAFIA AT YOGMAYA TEMPLE MEHRAULI, NEW DELHI

I noticed these three above mentioned complaints on the MCD site showing my name on the top.
I am very shocked to see these complaints in my name. Regarding this complaint I would like to draw your kind attention to some of the facts :-

1. All these above complaints are totally false and frivolous as some body is using my name to defame me and leveling baseless allegations regarding illegal construction in Yogmaya Mandir. In fact there is no construction going on at presetn in Yogmaya Mandir.
2 . There is mention of some property numbers in those complaints showing that building was constructed in the recent past by those persons which is a totally false complaint as those persons are old residents of Yogmaya Mandir and have not raised any latest construction for the last many years. Those persons mentioned in those three complaints are residing there since their birth and their forefathers were also residing in those properties for the last more than 150 years. There is not at all any new construction and whatever building structures are there they are very old and I am seeing those houses for the last more than 35 years since the time of my marriage with my husband Sh. Shiv Shankar Jha.
3. The other very important factor is that I am a totally illiterate lady only knows how to sign and read a little bit then how can I send such kind of emails against innocent persons.
4. It is requested that no action should be taken on these complaints as some unsound person is using my name to defame in the general public.
5. All these abovestated complaints be treated as false, frivolous, concocted and just to defame Sunaina Devi who has nothing to do with these above stated complaints.
