Its been 2 months I have vacated the flat and my owner is still not returning my deposit....

Im living in Gurgaon sector 5 in house no 28..I informed my landlord that I'm leaving his property before 15 days...however now when I'm trying to move out he is shouting on me and harassing me...please help...

Landlord refused to return security deposit money and also kept few electronic goods which we left there while vacating flat due this covid pandemic. Now he is asking for extra money citing the cleaning and renovation work, then only he will return our electronic goods.
