I am claimed insurance of my accident amaze car. TATA AIG Representative reject front side bumper . Totally damages due to and accident Honda will assured that damages covered under insurance policy full cover of genuine damages. I will give third party number for confirming and site visit also to be done if any requirement. But atleast we are aspect from Honda will raise quarry with insurance company for give customer satisfaction for genuine damages. i am request for that.

    Hello sir,
    Yesterday my car gj01 ry 1043 is book for service you have pickup the car in between the car cover break now your company is asking 3500 for change. In whole day no one has inform me what they are doing, I have call four time in day. Very pathetic service you are providing to customers.
    Is this my fault I have done that who is responsible for this service?
    I want my cover replacement.

        Lanfmark honda collects money in name of AMC contract annualy and vows to provide service. When we send for service, they do not perform any of the committed services. Rather, some supervisot from workshop will tell that few rhings need to b changed which are not included in service AMC. When we call, they reply that we r in meeting

          really bad service

One is from hyundai i20 (Best service), renault pulse and third, i have just purchased before 1 month honda city from landmark honda. And i am suffering from ever since.           Insurance company and landmark honda service workshop not giving me a cashless claim as per the terms and condition. even both of them are not giving me in writing for the same that they are not binding to give anything in writing.

          Even company is not assessing my car claim as per my accident happen.

          I am travelling on two wheeler, who is responsible for the same if something happen to me.

            I had bought Honda city VX CVT September 2015 from Landmark Honda, Thaltej, Ahmedabad.

            At the time of car deal, I was told that I will receive my RC book at home and all the procedure regarding it will be done by the dealer and they had taken charge for it. When I didn't received the RC book till 90 days, I started inquire about it. After so many calls and conversations, they gave me a tracking no of Indian post (EG3186G2084 IN) which was absolutely wrong number.
            I am saying this as I had inquired this no with Bopal post office as well as Girdharnader post office personally (regarding this also the conversations has been done many times with different designated people at landmark Honda). The Indian post office denied for this type of number and says this number does not exists.
            The dealer had not yet given me the Sale certificate, Pollution certificate or Form 34 which are necessary documents for a purchaser.
            Now they are charging me extra for duplicate RC book. But why should I need to issue duplicate when I am not issued the original one? What about their commitment, while selling the hondacity to me, " You will receive the RC book and the rest of the documents at your place"? For which I had paid them the service fee too.
            It seems that the dealer is interested only in selling car not in following services.
            Please, look into the mater and do the needful asap.
