They sold me 2nd hand used laptop as a new laptop repack i bought laptop in march 2019 and when i checked warranty with dell then it showing warranty will over in January 2020. proof attached please someone suggest me i want launch FIR for them. i have bill date 06 march 2019 with one year warranty and they say this is i3 but actually its Not.
Laptop Purchase date: 06/03/2019 warranty 12 months but u can see on picture....

I asked quotation from lappie world for i5 8th gen/8mb/1tb with ssd and 4 gb graphics for rs 30000.. When i decided to buy they said you have to register with 2000 rs first. I gave them 2000 then they stated confusing me that quoted laptop get heat and not much support to graphic card and it's 1 cpu 4 core.. N they suggested me to buy 4 cpu to better performance and they confused me lot with their edited bios laptop and they gave me pentium 4 core laptop worth rs 24000 to me for rs 34000.. And they forced me to buy it will give better performance and in gaming too. So i bought it and later find worthless to me so i decided to change. They again forced me to change with lower budget lapy with and a9 again same it's not computable of my requirement. Again i visited their shop they said wait to exchange i waited entire day then they said no replacement after i argue they given me ausus vivobook.... Again they given me lower performance laptop may b used one with new box.... I requested them to return my lappy but they refused it and they are refused me to give refund

Beware of the shop... Completely fraud...

I went to lamington road to purchase "hp envy 15" laptop and came across this shop "lappie world".
I was surprised at the price at which they were offering, its just rs. 35, 000 compared to rs 50, 000 / 55, 000 at other shops.
There was a guy called "ketan" in the shop, i told him to get me this laptop, he told me to pay rs. 2, 000 as registration fees.
And i paid him rs. 2000.

And in the mean time, he told me that this laptop has got some heating problem and you can only use it for not more than 50-60 mins and you have to stop using it after sometime, and then again you can start.
He told me that this laptop has got 2 way power supply and started explaining me about 2 way, 4 way power supply, i was completely unaware of this stuff.
After some time, another guy came in with the laptop "hp envy 15" and on the label, it was mentioned that "heating problem : not to be used for more than 55 mins" then, i told him that i dont want this laptop as it has got some heating problem and i will not be able to use it. Actually, he tried to confuse me to buy his product and suggested me some other laptops and told me to go for "lenovo-ideapad-320-15ikb" laptop as it has got good configuration. And it's the newest laptop from lenevo.

I really liked the design of the lenovo laptop, and he told me you can get this laptop for rs. 44, 000 and i bargained for 10-15 mins and we came at a price of rs. 39, 0000.

I told him that i will pay by debit card and he told me that additional 2% will be deducted and then he took me to the nearest hdfc bank. I paid him by withdrawing from my hdfc bank atm. And then they handed me the bill and i took a glance at the bill and went from there.

So, when i reached home, i noticed 3 things
Bill was without gst (No gst mentioned)
They have installed pirated"windows 10 pro" but promised me the original (No windows cds given, no windows key mentioned)
The layout of the keyboard was different (Uk style keyboard)

Then, i felt that i was cheated, the laptop was imported (No brand warranty) and then, i contacted this guy again, he told me that you will not get any refund as the laptop is already opened.

The next day, i went to their shop and told them that the laptop is imported and i don't want this laptop and i want my refund. They were not ready to refund my money, they told me you can go to the police station and pointed me to the police station (It is just in the opposite direction).

When i told him that i will go to the consumer court and my friend is a lawyer, at that time, they told me that you will get your refund after deducting rs. 3000 as the laptop box is opened.

After 2 hours of heated argument, i was angry and told them that i will go to the consumer court and, as i was heading toward the police station to lodge a complaint againt them, he stopped me and then he decided to refund.

So beware of this shop guys. Completely fraud.

So, beware from these shops, they do sell imported products.

I had purchased assembled computer from lappie world (CHOR) on 31/10/2015. at the time of quotation, sales man called MAHESH ( EXPERT CHOR ) gave me lowest possible rates on all items( 4gb ram, 1tb HDD, 20' led samsung, 2gb nvideia graphic card, speakers 2.0, webcam, mouse+keyboard, cebinet, gygabite mother board and i5 3.1 ghz processor..which came around 27000..then i agreed to prices and ordered items..they said to deposite 2000/- as advance...then while assembling suddenly he started convincing that dis processor is 1 cpu and that for 2 cpu and it will suport office 10 and within few time he smartly shifted and conviced me to buy pentium processor with 2gb on borad mother board and not to buy 2 gb nvidea ghapic card for better configraton.even he said dis will cost me additional 1500/- still i agreed..and then when he issued bill there prices were higher then discussed..i argued ..he said they have to adjust prices of items against processor..n convinced that you have to pay me fianl cost...when i reacged home i checked over internet prices of pentuim processor which was around 4500/- and he charrged me 12000/- now i came to knw the scam and all story cleared in my mind..now when i said him to change the item he is refusing and saying they dont take items return once sold...now the processor is also not genuine...This shop is CHOR CHEATERS FAKERS ..NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM..and joke is that..i cant even comlaint against them..as i dont have written proofe...Someone teach them serious lesson...they are playing with trust of public
