I'll place shot please teach the lesson I never seen this much irresponsible way to treat CUSTOMERs st caption on behind logo they said no questions asked in lavie what ### logo it is I list my money of 1000 bag worth they didn't respond through mail, cal or anything no reply waste

I raised return request they accepted and they took bag 15days back since I didn't get refund.when I contact them through mail, WhatsApp or call they didn't respond.pleasectake action on them please teach them a lesson.ill give order ID and return id

Recently I visted one of lavies outlet in Mangalore(City Center) and there was difference in price in product counter and billing counter both the purses were same with the same quality and design in one price tag it was written as 2499 and it was written as 2298 in the other bag. When there is a discountf for the purses they cannot charge two different rates. We brought it to their notice but it wasn't of much help. My request is if they cheat like this it will bring a bad reputation to your company

I bought a bag from lavie through myntra during christmas and its not been a year the bags threads are coming out and the bag handles pins are coming out .

I got a lavie bag from a flipkart. It has not even been 2 months but the corners of the bag is peeling off. It is really disgusting since people buy lavie for its brand and that it could be used for a longer period of time. There was one year warranty on the bag when i purchased it. But now flipkart is saying there is no warranty. Can someone help me on how to get it repaired?

I have purchased a lavie handbag in the month of Jan'2018 from online shopping site-Jabong, order no.-[protected].It got delivered on 4th Jan 18
Only after using it for few times the rexine on the handle of the bag started wearing off. it got cuts in the middle of the joints of one of the handle. Highly disappointed after spending the large amount. lavie should provide me with the replacement...

I had booked lavie hand bag in the month of December, two numbers of saree in the month of october and payment through debit card but that Hand bag & sarees return to origin due to out of delivery area but I have already received mizuno shoes & Mufti jeans at same adress from myntra .i[censored] not interested to deliver then inform at the time of order.it is very bed.

I like to share my deep grievances regarding this Lavie purse received as a gift on my Anniversary 16th Feb 2016. I am attaching the picture of the purse where you can see that the leather has totally damaged. I spoke to 2 showrooms of shopper stop / Lifestyle they denied to get it repaired saying that this has not been purchased from there shop. In fact being a gift I also don’t know that from where and which shop it is purchased . but I know that they should help me as they are authorised partner with Lavie.

Finally after no revert and support from your authorised dealer I am writing directly to Lavie seeking support and help from you being a recognised brand and customer satisfaction. I know that you work on policy of commitment. Else If there is no guaranty/warranty of the product of Lavie that its worth to buy some local stuff from the local markets like sarojni nagar and lajpat nagar and go for brand X and Y.

I request you to kindly resolve this and let me know how and from where I can get this repaired / changed .

I have bought a lavie bag and have used it for not more than three times and the skin of its handle got weared of. The bag was of 2800. I had ordered the bag from jabong. My cheaper non branded bags are still in such good condition. I would never recommend anyone to go for lavie.

Bought a Lavie bag from one of the Shppers' Stop store in Bangalore at Rs. 3000. The skin of handle and base started peeling off only after 2-3 use. So I started using it delicately, not using daily. So it happened I used it once or twice in a month. To my surprise I found out even if I am not using the skin is peeling!! And this time it is peeling from the body as well.. Is this the quality we expect from a product worth Rs.3000!!! This is a form of cheating!! We pay price for quality. If this is quality then there is no difference between Lavie and roadside vendors..

I purchased Lavie handbag from Jabong on 23rd July 2015. Order number is [protected]. Within 2 months, the strap has started to torn out. For such a costly bag (Rs 4250), it is not expected so soon. Please check with the company and get this product exchanged asap. Regards, Sonam Jain
