I ordered two bags from lavieworld. One of them was different product. I requested exchange, which they approved and collected wrong product. They accepted the exchange. This was on 22nd November. Now it has been 20 days. There is no update. They are not sending the product I requested. They are not replying to their mail id [protected]@lavieworld.com. No one is answering to the phone number [protected]. This feels so bad. It feels being cheated. It is not small amount. It is around 4000 rupees. I have already wasted my so many hours in contacting them. I tried contacting their page on Facebook, Instagram and messenger as well. They are busy uploading their new products but not bothered to response my messages. I am helpless now. I stay in Australia. I am visiting India in upcoming month, hence I thought I will order before. But it seems this was biggest mistake to order from them.

But when i open my account they did not send me details and they did not give me proper way answer. I ordered bag worth 2000/- but in my order there is no orders. Please help me i need justice. Please help me sir they did not life my call they did nt answer my mails. Please help me
