Hi.
I applied for personal loan in laxmi financial services. They called and said it's approved pls pay 2500 to stamp duty charges to Trakeshwar Nath account and again they asked 6000 for GST charges and fees... After i will process your application... I paid that too... Then daily when i call they say some nonsense reason and didn't give my loan since last 15 days... So i asked for refund of my money they said it's initiated but no response.. Pls help in solving my issue.

Called me for Loan and told I was selected for loan and I need to pay processing fee of 5000 which is refundable and I paid it later they called me and told to pay the gst fee of 12280 and I denied to pay a d they convinced me to pay that and later I told to repay my 5000 they told they cannot kindly help me in this issue and help me to get my money back

I had applied for personal loan at laxmi financials services, a person called me and told sent your bank statement and adhar card, photo. And given a Whatsapp number and told to take photos of docements and send it through WhatsApp I had send docements after few hours the same person told your personal loan is approved and you should sent 5000 rs for stamp duty charge, I didn't send money but it is a clear case of cheating

Required a personal loan i have search in online then i found the website of laxmi fincial services (http://laxmifinancialservices.in/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw8svsBRDqARIsAHKVyqHuHgaQyDKTAXZ...⇄ i have register my name phn no, they call me and told me to send salary slip, bank statement, pan card and aadhar card copy then he confirmed my loan is approved send me a approval letter, so required 5000/- for stamp duty agreement, after several conversation in phn and whatsaap i paid the amount, they send me an agreement paper and told me to send back with signed. I have done it then they told me 20000/- rs have to be pay for gst that will be refund with in 10days, i denied to pay then they told me that without the money they can't disburse the loan amount.
Please help me to recover the 5000/- which i had already paid.

I am riyaz ahmed residing in bangalore. I have applied loan of 50000/-on 19th august 2019, they have given approval letter and asked me to 2233/- agreement charges, after paying for three days they did not pick up the calls after three days they said i have to pay gst of 3000/- which i have paid then again for a week they did not pick up the line. Again after a week mr. Manager mr. Jitender picks says bad words to the staffs, tells me that i have 18% if gst for 50000/- which is 9000/- where i have already paid 3000/- balance 6000/- has to be paid. As there was very emergency for loan borrowed the money paid gst and insurance amount, then rtgs charges which comes to the total amount of 19000/-, why i have paid this amount is they told except agreement charges and insurance amount every thing is refundable. Now after collecting the amount they have blocked my mobile number and his manager has barred incoming calls. If call from other numbers they speak as soon as i say my name they disconnect the call and never pick up the called.

I am fed up now need your help for recovering the money.

I applied for one lakh rupees And for proccesing the loan documents they have asked for rs.3000.then as gst rs.6000. After that they have been asked for rs.4789 As risk cover preimum. They rs.4477 as first emi. I have paid all and then the guy asking for rs.2500 as commision for transfering the amount. After that received a fake sms that rs.100000 debited from their account and will be credit to my account with in 3 hours. After that there is no response from their end. And as victim i bring all your notice to this issue and make sure which will not hapend again for us. And dftly we have to bring them to the law. They will have to get punnished.. This is cheating me... I had urgent situation means my grandmother was very serious i had to take her hospital... I needed money... So i applied... After few minutes they called me and said we will provide you 50000rs... Loan dont worry... And asked... Ur loan will be credited to ur account soon. But have to 1500rs... As our have rules and conditions... So i paid.. Money.. Then again called me and asked 1200rs.. Gnyaneshwar u have to pay 1200rs insurance 24 months... So i paid that too...
And evening called me and saying sir now it's 5:30pm... Its not work rtgs... For this u have to pay 5000rs... I didn't have... Now also asking 2239rs... Saying ur first emi... Must pay... To get loan... This is making me fool... Plz sove my problem...

Hi sir, laxmi financial services has cheated me over personal loan, they take from me 66000 rs by assure that they will give me the personal loan up to 8 lac as i am in cash crunch and i need this money they cheated me over my situation they started chatting with me on what's app and given me loan approval letter, loan agreement, ect and i paid total amount of 66000rs to mr vijay singh pundir legal advisor at laxmi financial services they...

I also applied for personal loan in laxmi financial services.. They have taken 7000 rupees as process fee and 11000 as insurance fee... Promises will transfer loan amount within 1hour... 5 days over.. Not responding to calls.. Kindly fix the issues... The each time i called them they were telling no worries no worries.. I will do my job... You don't worry dialogue...
