Problems i have faced
- poor customer service
- wrong size
- product worth 1500/- sold me to 1700/-
- poor shoe box quality

i ordered a foam runner worth 1700/- from lebrogues on march 18, 2023 and paid the amount through online(Google pay)

and the package came on march 26 and the delivery boy said that it's cash on delivery and that's 1500/-

I order air force 1 in december 2020 then i received the courier and there was a size issue they said me to courier to their address and also said as soon as your courier will come here we will send the correct size then i couriered them the shoes the courier company has their sign amd phone no. But the boy their in le brouges is saying that we don't use sign we only use stamp we haven't received your courier yet i have spoken to many people working in tirupati courier but haven't received a solutiion yet and my 2500 rs are stuck in between since last 5 months

I ordered a balenciaga triple s shoe because they posted videos and photos of it and it looked nice, i knew they're not original but even first copies are okayish, but they sent me the worst possible copy, and till diwali they told me after diwali we will replace it for you on whatsapp but till yesterday they were ignoring my messages but today they blocked me and i have wasted my 3000rs on these frauds...
