I had purchased leeco max-2 smart mobile from akola (Mobile magic) outlet on dated 02/11/2016 but before last 25-30 days we have facing mobile hang problem means half screen get stopped and remaining half screen operate may be display issue

I have submitted lemall service center in vijayawada andhrapradesh location 27/5/2016 till as on date they not call back to me and so many time i discuss with service center person and lemall toll free with discuss they not informed any any complaint the worst service centers lemall company and spares not supply and the lemall company

Order id :[protected] dated 28/06/2016, i have cancelled the order before the dispatch of mobile, but it was sent by them, in spite of free 10 days return policy, the company is not taking back the mobile and not giving refund, return request already filed by email and online through le mall, below is the request number
