However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I made a transaction to "le travenues technology" "ixigo@axisbank" and entered irctc login id and chose paytm upi transaction for payment but ticket was not booked. But in upi statement its showing "transaction was successful". Debited amount - 1666/-, date and time :18 jan 2020, 10:26am and the transaction upi reference number:[protected]. Irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1666/-on upi id: [protected]@paytmbr...
