On 23rd April the company received my return back because the size was a little small for me. I was told on an email conversation with the support team that they would deliver my new order within 5-7 business days from when they receive the order. When they received the order I expected them to send it right away and then the support told me it will take 5-7 working days to ship the order. I requested them to send it as soon as possible because it's my birthday this week and I wanted to wear it and I am happy to pay anything on top of that since to fasten the delivery. The support told me they will they will send it to me as soon as they can. After pushing them a lot to send it back as soon as possible they told me they have shipped on Monday and I should receive the parcel by Tuesday. It's Thursday today and I still haven't received the product. The support is vague and isn't properly replying to my queries, they are not picking my phone calls and I just want my money back at this point, I am truly done with them.

I’m highly disappointed by this company, delivery was late, then they did not replied to my mails, took a month to get back to me, I was ready to exchange but they took a month to provide a solution actually more than a month, they tell me its there policy of the store credit, but sizers are also not available, I would like my refund. There customer service is extremely slow and horrible .
