I was told on an email conversation with the support team that they would deliver my new order within 5-7 business days from when they receive the order. I’m highly disappointed by this company, delivery was late, then they did not replied to my mails, took a month to get back to me, I was ready to exchange but they took a month to provide a solution actually more than a month, they tell me its there policy of the store credit, but sizers are also not available, I would like my refund. There customer service is extremely slow and horrible .
