I ordered order no. 43870 men shoes on COD of rs. 1359. But when I opened the box there was slipper inside the box. When tried to return option then provided whatsapp number doesn't work. Kindly ban these types of fraud sites and take actions. Also please help for refund....

The courier came by ekart and I did the payment of 2759 rs .
When I opened the box it was empty and for the weight they have added the cardboard in the box.

And cash on delivery i paid the money 1159rs and after i came home and unbox it there is a slipper they cost 50/-rs. I was shocked. Got wrong product of worst quality with material in white colour against order no-12670. I ordered for maroon colour with different style product. Mailed number of times to customer care mail id as there is no direct contact numbers to get in touch with them. There is no reply on how to do reverse pick up and complete the refund process.

After a week of receiving the order and sending the mail there is no reply from them.br...
