I have not received money the recovery agent asking me to pay and using bbad words

I have taken loan of 2500 in lendmall online application available in playstore..they are harassing and sending nude videos on 7th day of loan and not giving time upto last day also..

I had taken a loan of INR 10500 from Lend mall App on 25th April 2022.
I returned the same back on 26th April in 2 installments
I have paid the amount in 2 consecutive installments. Enclosed is the Receipt of the same along with the UTR no's for your reference.

My Loan was due on 1st may 2022 i.e. today. One person started harassing me on WhatsApp (his mob. no.[protected] using filthy language and bad words returning the amount today itself. I had to pay the amount as per the receipt enclosed.
UPI id[protected] on 1st May 2022 at 9:37 hours to RavalInfotech (ravalin.[protected]@.csidfc (Receipt Enclosed). for INR 10500/-.
They had promised me in a mail that the amount will be returned once I repay the amount. But yet they have not returned the said amount.

The Complaint has not yet being resolved. Request you to please resolve it at the earliest.

Today was the last date for payment.. I have done my payment by afternoon. Still they have sent offensive messages and calls to all the people in my contact list.. they are telling no one can do anything.. and scolding in bad words.. sexually editing my photos and blackmailing me

From lendmall application threat call and message got they will abuse whole family and missuse of my contacts

I have taken loan through lendmall app, in that from okloan (on 11/11/2021) & from Bharathloan (on 14/12/2021) for 7days i paid it back on their app .ok loan paid on 17/11/[protected] Rs) & bharathloan on 20/12/[protected] Rs).Even now also they haven't updated & making daily penalty, now they are telling that amount stuck, they haven't received yet & they are telling repay again, then after they will settle old payment to me.i request them many times through their mail on [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com.but they haven't solved the problem & threatening to pay.

They call of my all contacts and message sent to all watsapp

I'm Vishal Nagdeote from Nagpur maharashtra.i borrowed some of the amount from lendmall application and trying to repay.they have all my contacts and pictures.recovery agents keep harrassing me. Their lenders name are:
Autolend
Bharat cash
Bharat loan
Ok loan
Lend king
Lend fast
NB lend
Lend Card
I repaid to many of them but still
All of them are threatening me by saying we'll call to your contacts that your a fraud and we'll viral all of your picture to Public also they have contacted to some of the people in my contacts. I admit It was a mistake I shouldn't take any loan from this kind of app
I'm very scared please help.please

On due date they start calling from 9 am morning and abusing badly as elitrate persons.
They sharing the all contact hacked from my mobile and threatening me line any thing.
Even they are giving me time to to repay from mobile app as they continue abusing from their bomile no [protected]

Earlier it was only 1 LOAN and i paid back but it was bot reflected in the app the same I explained to them further by exchanging words I said it clearly i already paid why i need to pay again so that mother [censored]er agent cleared my LOAN and he himself applied 4LOANs later CONTACTed CUSTOMER care and he said to refund the amount so that he will cancel those i did the same vut at last he asked me topay 1909rs extra i said first u clear 3LOANs later i will pay then u cancel 4th one but he is not ready so i got to know that they are trying to rob money then i told them do the ### whatever u can i wont even pay extra money its their business they can apply on behalf o[censored] without ur knowledge so dont fall for these kind of apps and this lendmall app cant report to cibil too so cool the only thing they can do is call our CONTACTs amd send our picture as defaulter thats it take it li8 brother dont bother much for many years long they will send like this😀😀😀 it will ve stopped in the future for sure so in my case it was fraud but i[censored] cant repay just dont feel tensed leave it

I was taken a loan before some days n they started taking loans in seven days.
My financial condition is weak now so I don't have money to pay they are started calling my refrence nos n abusing and saying that I have give ln their no as refrence nos.
So pathetic experience.
I kindly request everyone to don't install this kind of app or else you will get trapped in it.

My brother took a loan from lend mall and repaid it many times with a lot of interest amount, but this time he left his home and went where we dont know. We complain for this to the nearest police station but the recovery agents calling our contact list continously again and again using abusing words... Now if nything happen with my brother these employees and company is responsible

This is big trap which they have made to loot customers. They are giving loans at high interest rate. For 2000 they will 1500 for week of time on 7th day they will torture you and threaten you and made you to pay 2000. Immediately they will increase it to more 3000 and disburse you 1900. Like that they will make you into debt trap. With in no time you will be in a trap whret youbcant come out. If you look at the pending loan you will be in 1000s of rupees like 30k or 40 k like that. They will hack your contact list and add some o[censored]r contacts in whatsapp group by keeping ur name as fraud and will defame you infront of them. This is a Chinese company. This is completely illegal. One can file a complaint at cyber crimes.

They harrased the customer in extreame way they force customer to pay the money they hack contacts and start calling then them told them that they are the reference and they blackmailing you . They didn't understand your condition. I faced a lot .
