I had order for a sunglasses on 12th Oct 2016 and I made online payment of ORDER #[protected] Paid amount is Rs 1, 739 and[protected] of Rs 949.

I have been following up with them on emails but no response and no one answers the calls also.

I made a purchase of my order #[protected] on 29th august 2016 till date i. E 14th sept 2016 the product is nowhere. Lensclues has no idea about the product and don't even know the tracking id and arrogantly blaming me that because of constant follow up they lost track of my product.

I came across this portal for online purchase of sunglasses since i found this cheap as compared to other ecommerce portals.
So i ordered prescription sunglasses on 1-april-2016.
On repetitive enquiry they have not yet dispatched the product. The order number of my product is[protected].

I have already paid for the mentioned order but now i have asked for refund; no replies received since last 3 days.

I ordered two lens boxes from lenclues.com( order #[protected] invoice screenshot attached) . But I received only 1 box of contact lens. I ordered lenses around 15.11.2015 but did not receive even after several phone calls. I was told once it is not in stock, then there is some technical issue, then it was sent and came back and still at last it was not delivered. I placed an order on lensclues bearing order no.[protected] on 11th July 2015 and so far I haven't received it. I call them many times and they assure me to take action, but the result is nill. Why these people run the service when they can't fulfill the basic requirements. I just want to use abusive language against them, what ever happen to order...

I am Dipankar Das, on 17/05/2015 I placed a order on lensclues.com . My Order no[protected], I pay 390 on Net Benking (ICICIBANK), Bank Ref no is- [protected]. After 10 days I not received my order, Then I cell there cc executive ( no is-[protected]) and they inform this is a courier company folt. I request them refund my money but they not interested that.
