Damaged household items while transporting

I sent household items from Bangalore to Surat thru Leo Cargo Packers & Movers on 27.1.2021. Co contact person Mr. Rahul ( M - [protected] ) . They came home and did the packing, etc. On delivery, TV was completely broken, a few photo frames / wall clock also broken. On regular followup with Mr. Rahul he kept delaying claims settlement and SETTLEMENT IS STILL PENDING. Very bad customer service. Totally unreliable. Please refrain from dealing with them. Hi,
Transferred Goods(house hold items) from Bangalore to Vadipatti (Tamil Nadu - near Madurai), the goods was completely drenched in rain all the cotton boxes were drenched and teared in rain while delivery and the Bed Carts also was completely drenched in rain, goods delivered were damaged.
commitment from the packers and movers was to deliver the goods in good condition and unpack at the destination place.
