I was booked for my car to transfer from TamilNadu to Gujarat on 11th June and I have paid 40%of the amount rs 4, 280 on 30th May 2022. But it got delay fro 5 days from their side to pick my car. Then I canceled and asked for the refund. But still not getting my amount and I am keep on tracking them to get but they are not responding for my calls and the what’s app messages.
I have proof of my transaction. I feel they are cheating so please don’t choose them for any shifting related things.

Cheating on the name of Duplicate Company
Very interesting and eye opening modus operandi by these Packers and Movers. I inquired from http://www.CarbikeMovers.com about some good Packers & Movers to transport my car from Pune to Jaipur by giving my personal Mob no. Immediately Leo Packers and Movers contacted me with nice photographs showing neatly loaded cars along with a very reasonable quotation sent to me on Whats App along with a very cordial and humble message to do the job, followed with an immediate call by one Mr Sharma([protected]). On my bargaining, he further revised the quotation for Rs 12000/- only(All cost in) with a condition to pay minimum token amount of Rs 500/ online. I promptly obliged. Next day, one driver came to pick up the car in my absence. Car was handed over with a permission by them to keep loose stuff in dicky of the car. A receipt of car was given to my son with a promise to deliver it within seven days as they claimed to have high punctuality rate. My mistake was that it was all over phone/whats App due to my being away on duty and online mode, except for handing over of car. Immediately on collection of car, same day I get a call that I need to deposit 60% of the agreed sum online before the delivery of car as per their company policy. I did that as told. However, car did not reach even after expiry of ten days. I became suspicious and anxious about car, so called Mr Sharma. He said he will check. After some time I get a revised bill on Whats App from Mr Rahul( [protected]) almost double the amount quoted or given to me at the beginning or agreed and was told to deposit complete amount in advance or else forget the Car. He said that Car has already reached Jaipur but will not tell you where it is. I pleaded that its wrong and cheating but they did not yield to my request. It continued for good about one month. I tried to contact Police in a normal way at Jaipur, they refused to do any thing at Jaipur being a case originated at Pune ...and same story on other side. I also contacted the Leo Packers Movers on their web site, I was replied that they can not do any thing and its not the original Leo Packers . and started showing helplessness even after fully knowing, if their claim is right, that duplicate companies are spoiling their name and cheating people. Ultimately, I being an Army Officer had to pull my own connections to make them surrender. So, guys as I learnt a bitter lesson on believing power of online and Whats App blindly without verifying physical address of such transport companies before handing over valuables. Leo Packers and Movers should wake up and take stringent action against such frauds. How? It is companies look out.

Please note the company name and address together to identify the company for which the complaint is about as there are several companies with the similar name in the Movers and Packers market.
We found this company from the internet and contacted around 20th Sept 2021 for shipping some personal items (Snacks, Clothes, Medicines) from Greater Noida to North Carolina, USA. We spoke about terms and conditions and agreed on the shipping cost of 550 per KG from Greater Noida to North Carolina USA.
Their guys came to our house and in front of them we made a package in the boxes they brought us for packaging. We put all the items except any liquid items as advised by them can be shipped. We weighed the box to around 28 Kg using a scale in front of them and they gave us a receipt along with a goods declaration from our side. All the items were packaged in two small boxes.
As per them, They would send the package to the US using postal service UPS. And they asked us to make the payment during package booking with UPS on the next day with an agreement of actual weight.
Next day,
They called us and said UPS wants every single cloth to be packaged individually. They said they can do a video call and in front o[censored]s they can re-package. It was a strange situation and did not make any sense but we still went ahead with their suggestion and did not realize their cheat intentions.
In Video call they repackaged every item and shifted items from two boxes to three boxes. They kept us saying not to worry about billing as they mentioned charges will be based on the actual weight. not by the number of the boxes. We hesitantly had to accept it as we trusted their sugar coated words.
Next day they did a measurement and asked us to make the payment for 75 Kgs compared to 28 Kgs which was weighed when they took the package from our house. We were shocked to hear it. On further explanation, They said the actual weight is based on volumetric weight which is calculated based on actual boxe's dimensions which based on a formula derive the weight. We still had no idea how a 28 Kg box could be changed to 75 Kg no matter what formula they use. We also now realized that a day before, UPS did not ask them to individually package the clothes but it was their tactic to rearrange the items from 2 boxes to 3 boxes and cause more weight to extract more money from us.
We further investigated and found the formula that the UPS company uses to calculate the weight. And based on that and with 3 boxes, weight was coming to 42 Kg. I shared the formula and UPS website link from which I calculated the weight. They agreed to this weight citing reasons that UPS gave them the wrong formula. But now they also increased the shipping rates from 550 to 650. Again they cited the rates have changed.
We had our stuff with them and considering pros and cons, we gave up and agreed with their terms to pay the money for 42 Kg @ 650 inspite of the fact the agreement was 28 Kg @ 550 Rs. We ended up paying 27, 000 in place of 15000 appox.
But Story doesn't end here.
They again rearranged the items and put items in ONE box. They also removed some food items, Aurvedic medicines, and some other items etc from the box saying they can NOT go in the box. And sent that one Box to us. We received the receipt with the shipment which said the calculated and invoiced weight of the box was 23.8 Kg.
They also did not send the items thru UPS which they promised but they sent the items through DHL.
So the charges for a 23.8 Kg of box @ 550 was supposed to be 13090. But they charged 27, 000 from us.
The whole episode ended for 15 days during which our stuff was lying with them and we were completely at their mercy to have our shipment sent.
Finally, even after 2 weeks since shipment delivery, we are chasing them to return our items but they did not send all of our items which have NOT been returned and they are neither returning the item. Nor returning our phone call nor doing any adjustment of the extra money they charged from us.
Basically we are robbed in the daylight by robbers and we dont know how to get our items returned, how do we get our excess money refunded. And those robbers are continuing to do their malpractice and cheating others.
The receipts and evidence of the original invoice given by them during package pickup from our home and the DHL invoice which we received after shipment delivery to our house are being attached here as evidence.
To summarize the way they cheated us is as following.
1. They made wrong promises to use UPS service and they used DHL.
2. They quoted 550 per KG but they ended up charging more than 1200 per KG.
3. All the items could have gone into one box but they purposefully added extra packaging material claiming UPS wants to do and made 3 boxes to charge exbortitanly.
4. They charged 27, 000 in place of amount which would have costed us around 13, 000.
5. During this entire episode they kept our luggage as hostage and asked us to pay 4-5 thousands to return the items if we do not want to ship using their service.
6. They did not ship all the items which they originally committed.
7. They are not returning the unshipped items to us.
8. They are not refund the excess money which they fraudulently charged.
9. They have stopped returning our calls.
10. I am sure they will continue to play same tactics to cheat other customers as well.
Please help us to get our stuff and money returned and take appropriate actions against them so that they dont cheat others.

In my case, For booking a Honda active bike from Hyderabad to Tirupati, I had enquired online and received many calls of which, one call is from Mr. Rahul Kumar(+[protected] of Leo Packers and when I asked specifically to quote an all-inclusive price, he had mentioned Rs 2200 which I had paid. Although my expectation is that they will come and pack the bike at my house, I was surprised to see that a person by Amit Kumar([protected]) had arrived to take the bike saying that they will take the bike to their office in Kukatpally and pack it there and will send the photographs of the packed bike by evening, although a bit surprised, I allowed him to take the bike. But till evening, I haven't received any photos. After repeated follow-ups, I received photographs of another bike and when I told them that this is not my bike, they told me they will send the photographs of my bike but not received any photographs afterwards

Today surprisingly I received an invoice for Rs 4196 asking me to pay the remaining amount and take the bike at the destination. Once more cheating.

car damaged in transportation

I gave my car and goods to leo, managed by mr anand in pune on 6th september. The car was supposed to be delivered in a maximum of a week but arrived in 10 days.
On the morning of 16th, my wife started getting calls at 5.30 am to collect the car. It was a little absurd but after the delivery guy requested citing personal and professional reasons, i took the delivery at 6am and just parked the car.
Later, when i see the car, its bonnet is badly damaged. Then i realized that the only reason of delivering the car at the weird time was to get away with the damage being noticed.
Since then the ordeal began. After multiple attempts at requests of getting the car repaired, i'm being advised of cheap mechanical jobs as an alternative to touch up my expensive car. I do not accept this.
I want to know where did the money i paid for the car insurance go. I want to see a copy of it. I want my car to be fixed at an authorized hyundai service center not at some random place.
Both the directors, dileep and abhay have been notified of the issue but there has been no satisfactory response.
I just got an email stating that they are willing to offer rs 3000 for the repair whereas i have got the vehicle inspected at 3 service centers and all have quoted approximately 15000. This clearly indicates that the repair they were offering would have been way below standard as well.
