Leverage agents first told that submitting application to universities is free of cost to students hence i applied through them in 3 4 universities for which they suggested and fooled me by saying these universities will offer full scholarship once we will pay the deposit money to the university and they didnt explain me the refund policy of the university. After that they forced me to take their gold package for visa, flight and other services( which they earlier said are free) and due to some financial issues i told them i am not interested in their services and want my refund but they denied it by saying you have signed the acknowledgment. My bank has denied the required amount sanction loan but they are not accepting it. Please help me to get my refund back of 145000 money

Leverage agents contacted me and fooled me earlier by saying we will apply for universities totally free of cost and then they applied to 3 to 4 universities in which they have a commission. And then they asked me to pay deposit fee to the university without explaining me about the refund policy of the university and misguided me that there is a particular university test in which they provide me a scholarship in tuition fee so i deposited the money and then they forced me to take gold package to cover up my flight and visa fees and other services( which were free of cost earlier) and signed an acknowledgment from me without proper explaination and now due to some fanancial issues i am unable to go to university and they are not refunding my money and they havent booked my flight ticket and visa which is included in this package. In their terms and conditions my loan rejected by bank but they are denying this fact and not refunding my remaining amount. Please help me to get my refund back from these fraudsters.

Leverage counselors made fake commitments just to complete their target. They don't care about students future and totally wastes time of students. Leverage should be banned.
