I have returned the parcel on 21st March but haven't received refund when it was supposed to be processed within 3 to 4 working days from pick up date.

Refund money is still not in my account so, how much time it will take to refund

I returned my order but I didn't get my refund

My amount has been deducted for 3999 and it has not refunded back. Branch owner said it will be transferred in 2 days but after a week also it's not done. After multiple follow ups they say they have done void now i need to check with my bank which is so very bad. Why should i do. I. Asked them to send email from their bank they say they cant. Unprofessional and very bad service. I need my refund or else i'll. Complaint about them.

Around 8-9 months ago i bought one black jeans from levi's store and after 2 months from buying i faced many issue with the same, black color completely change and white lines on complete jeans and specially wrinkles came.
I never faced such type of issue with Levi's .I am quite fade up with Levi's and this time i must say to anyone please dont buy levi's stuff.

I want the authority of Levi's to pay attention towards the manners of salesman at the showroom of Levi's.
Tonight I visited to Saket mall, New Delhi(India). While purchasing a t-shirt there at Levi's showroom I shown a message got from Levi's, in which a loop points redemp of Rs.867 was mentioned. Suddenly two of salesmen present there were laughing in an idiotic manner.
After asking, they responded in a way so that a beggar has reached over there.
I'm very disappointed with their manners.
I'm a great fan of Levi's and a regular customer. They must be removed from that showroom otherwise I won't visit again in any showroom of Levi's.
