I have ordered this black dress in the month of October 2023 but it’s December 2023 & still I have not received the product or the refund despite of emailing them multiple times. Kindly look into it

I ordered a beautiful black anarkali suit from the website, waited excitedly for it to arrive, only to receive a completely different product.

After placing a return request, I have been waiting patiently for past 3 days, but their team seems to be pretty busy that they are not approving the return request. The team is so much busy in doing this scam that their customer care number also has a recorded message that the executives are busy. Extremely frustrating & disgusting !

I ordered the suit and I got totally opposite of the dress material n fabric n nonstitched suit... totally opposite from the images shown on their site which I ordered. I asked for the refund the money and no response is from this site..

I had ordered a item in September 7th 2023, I haven't received my order nor a refund, it's going to be 2 months.

I have ordered an item from Libaas Queen site for Rs. 1995 but the item that I have received is very poor in quality and also is defective piece. So i have marked mail for return and refund and also WhatsApp them on their customer contact number but I haven't receive any response from them. I have ordered the item for gifting purpose now it is all going to feel me embarrassed as the item I have ordered was not up to mark. So please interfere for the return of my order from this site and also for refund

I have ordered a Saree from libaasqueen website and paid for the order also. But never received any update on the product. I have tried calling and sent messags on whatsap but never got any reply. The website is I think fake. And fraud.

On 4th may, i ordered a very high quality, dashing colour dress from libas queen website on COD.
They delivered it on 10th May and the delivered dress was no match to what they shown in the images, niether the colour nor the quality of dress is good.
While i tried to contact them to return, i was unable to contact them as the number that they have put on site ([protected]) always remain switched off. While the portal on site won't let you submit the complain as it continues to show erroe after 2 steps.
I read about their return policy, it is quite complicated, a never ending, tiring and money exhausted process which doesn't Guarantee you a return or success but guarantees you a good waste of money.

On furthur research, i found out there are many customers like me who goes through same problem and this company is more like a scam/fraud.

On 5th April, 2023 I ordered 'Beautiful White Georgette Heavy Mirror Work Lehenga Choli' from Libaas Queen and on 7th April, 2023 the product got delivered but it was not what I ordered/paid for. In the description of the product it was mentioned that it has 'Real Mirror Work' and also the material is Banglory Silk and Pure Georgette but that is not the case. It looks nowhere similar to what image was there on the website. And when I emailed them regarding the same and asked them for the address on which I could return this order they've not replied regarding the same till the date. I got scammed.
