Freezer defrost not working and water drops throughout the fridge

Multiple times I have raised complaints to liebherr for the freezer issue and every time (costed 700₹) some third party guy will come and pour hot water and go (almost 7 times). One day he changed the freezer board which costed around 1700₹ and said it will permanently fix the issue but it didn't. The service guy still want to get paid for watering the fridge if I call them again. Please help with this.

Liebherr FF 265 L, 3S TCB2640 BLUE LDSP

I have purchased a refrigerator LIEBHERR FF 265 L from Reliance Digital store against delivery note no. [protected] on 22.11.2020 and a warranty for two year against any technical fault.
Within three months fridge stopped working cooling was stopped completely and all our food item spoiled and as it was lockdown period for technicians it also reached 20 days later and he changed the parts but this issue not stopped there it happens again and again.
Within a year 5 times fridge parts has been changed, several times technician comes and tells to switch off the fridge for 12 hours and on the fridge it will work but no result at all.
Lastly Liebherr brand technician said now this 3rd time company invented new part and it will work but i don't have no more trust in Liebherr to change any part of the fridge. SO I WANT REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGE FRIDGE OR REFUND MONEY.

Last year i have purchased 350 liters fridge, this year the fridge is not working, cooling of fridge is not working.
We have complaint from last 10 days but no body is responding.
the service team is very bad and rude.
even the customer care team, we ask them the mob. number of concerned person, they are not ready to provide we are fadeup....

liebherr fridge is not trustable don't buy this new brand

I purchased liebherr fridge in sept 2018 from vijay sale.. Its double door autofrost fridge.
In jan 2019 defrost was not working and ice is getting stuck in wall of fridge.
First problem with customer care, you need to wait at least 20 min. After that customer care will pick call and take complain. Next day technician came and take video and pic of fridge. After regular follow up after week they said we will replace your fridge and new fridge will come from plant aurangabad.
New fridge came after a month i. E. On 22nd feb 2019.
After 8 month i. E. On 19 oct month noise was coming from fridge and fridge was shaking, i found untolerable sound is coming from compressor.
I call technician, on first time i have save technician no, so directly call him.
Next day he came and make report, took pic and video of issue.
I again asked for replacement. He said i will make a report and send to ho.
I asked contact no from ho. After regular follow after 3 days they said we will not replace your fridge as warranty is over. I said second new fridge came in feb 2019.
They said no punching was done in sept. Its seems like cheating.in start they said warranty will count from feb month.
They said we will replace your compressor.
I am daily calling ho person but they saying only tomorrow.
Still i am waiting for new compressor.

I suggest you all never purchase liebherr home fridge.

I am Paul chettiar, we purchased this Liebherr fridge from Vijay Sales in the month of February, hardly six to seven months happened it is creating a lot of problems, in August we complain about it as all the things which we keep in it started rotting very soon, so some persons come and saw the matter but again after that fridge started leaking, and water droplet are all started collecting in vegetable basket and on racks which again spoiled all the things, after complaining nobody came to see it, atleast one week happened since we complained, we request pls take some serious action against it and pls replace the fridge, we don't want this spoiled piece,

i am very very unhappy with the service that is provided by Liebherr due to the following reasons
i purchased the Liebherr fridge 11 months back, since last 8 months i have raised multiple queries and phone calls to customer care regarding water leakage from my duct and cooling problems of the fridge, i have always had a person visit my home for atleast 14 times in last 8 months but still the issue is not resolved.
every time a person visits he takes boil water and cleans the part of the heater where ice is covered and takes photos and reading of temperature and tells us that we will report you back but till date there is no solution (this has been done atleast 8 times), they have already changed the heater of the fridge but still water leakage issue persists from the duct which causes water to drop everywhere in the fridge and our food and vegetables get spoiled please watch the video.
from last 2 weeks the vegetable box in the fridge has been covered with ice this is rare too watch, strange but true and has been notified to the technician who visits our place
service centre issues - they always transfer to senior authorities but they are also depending on the R& D team for results despite of providing them photos and videos of leakage and water gathering in our bowl from last 8 months still there is no solution
Sad part is ASM, BSM, service technician all are aware of the issue but still there is not a single assurity of fridge replacement, this makes me feel for bad on my decision to purchase Liebherr Fridge.
i would request you to please replace the fridge within 5 days or else i will have to use the social media to answer my concerns on the product .

We want to purchase a good fridge and we are thinking about Haier and liebherr but after reading comments here, we have to rethink. GERMAN technology made liebherr is really so bad? Internet is flooded with very good reviews about it...in this case we are really very confused, plz help if anybody can. Thank you
