Lifelong Complaints & Reviews

I purchased a lifelong treadmil which stopped working within the waranty period, therefore I raised complaint and its been more than a month now after so many back and forth mails and all still my issue is not addressed. I now want immediate return and corresponding refund of my money.

20 june-2023 raised a complaint with Lifelong for Iron box not working
(6 months old)

1. Wanted invoice
2. then advised to contact JIO online.
3. JIO replied pls go to lifelong only.
4. wanted photo / video that not working.
5. later you show proof that the Plug point working
6. got info we will check
7. 3 mails - we are checking

Dont know what to do.

I bought a gas stove of lifelong which is faulty, the gas leaks through it and causes a big fire every time its lit.
The product is still in warranty and the complaint has been registered.
But they stall the after sales service like a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
First they will tell you to mail them required photos and other stuff about the product ONLY THEN THEY WILL REACT. Most people can't do this so nice strategy to evade customers.
After I mailed them the details successfully they say that your request is pending and they will soon send help. It has been over a week and nobody has tried to contact me. When I contacted their customer support they said they can't do anything.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT EVEN ISI MARKED.CHECK THEIR AMAZON REVIEWS IF YOU DOUBT ME.

I buy a 4 burner gas stove of lifelong company through the amazon.in july 22 i complained the company that my my stove sticker, switch and the supporting rubber was completely broken and the company gives me a complained no. 58427 and said that sir, we solved your problems within 24 hours but these 24 hours not comes for nowadays. I'm continuously calling to the company customer care but he said sir, we send your complaint to the higher authority. But yesterday company say sir, there is no complained registered of your no. Or mail. But i have a company mail of complained conformation.
