Rude behaviour by Staff

On 24 January at around 3.40 PM. I had to exchange two pants that I had bought a few days earlier. The lady at the counter had unnecessary attitude . She was staring and talking about me to the employee next to her . This is how they treat their customers ? Very judgemental behaviour ... This behavior was unacceptable and left a negative impression on me as a customer. I believe such conduct does not align with the standards of professionalism expected
I haven’t asked her name .
I did reach out to lifestyle email but still haven’t reached out to me .
I believe she does the same with others too or judges people based on their appearances .

Wrong product delivered

I ordered first time bossini olive green jacket from lifestyle on 12/01/24, order number [protected], price Rs 1649, delivered on 15/01/2024, but wrong product instead of the color and design I had ordered. Means it was given in gray color and different design which did a lot of wrong to meWhen I talked to the lifestyle person, he said that the item given is original, please help me in my problem of returning the wrong product, I camplain it's matter in national consumer grievances camplain number 5371296,

Two of my refunds pending even after 15 days
Why is lifestyle not crediting my refunds. Two of my orders of Rs 3000 were cancelled but none of my refunds have been made so far even after 20 days of ordering. Plz make my refund ASAP or else I'll have to take other action.

Lifestyle stores is such a fraud. First of all no one picks up your call at customer service I tried calling 100 times since last week but no call was answered. Secondly no call back is also made from your side. My two orders that I cancelled none of the refunds have been made even after a week and it shows cancelled also. My second product which delivery boy has cancelled but on app it still shows processing. I want my refund ASAP...

Payment done but neither received the products nor refund

This is regarding payment done on Lifestyle international site through paytm of amount Rs.3141/- on 18.04.2021.I never received the products nor the refund.I called the lifestyle store initially about it but they denied about receiving the payment and was asked to contact my bank.When I enquired my bank (both the regional bank and headquarters ), the bank told me the payment has been done to Paytm, then I contacted Paytm and Paytm also replied saying the payment has been done. After that I contacted the banking ombudsman, and they provided me the NPCI screenshot of the payment being done.I again contacted lifestyle store through email and they replied that they have not received any amount or order number and was asked to contact the bank again.When I sent them the NPCI screenshot they acknowledged the complaint and I was asked to submit my bank statement . I had sent the same too but so far I haven't received any refund.I have been trying to reach them again and again but those people are only postponing the issue.Kindly help me with providing my refund.I would also like to highlight that its been around 6 months and I have been harassed unnecessarily and made to reach bank, banking ombudsman, Paytm etc again and again without providing any resolution.

This complaint is in connection with a Van Heusen leather belt that I bought it from lifestyle city centre Rohini, New Delhi almost 10 months back. (Bill no [protected] item no[protected]
Within a weeks of purchase, I found polish of the buckle started landing and since then I had been in conversation with the store and tried to get it exchanged few times but fail to get any kind of support and help.
I bought the belt worth Rs1499 and thought to buy from lifestyle for genuine and will give be the best and genuine quality product in its range.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed to inform you that the kind of service I have experienced is not at all expected from the Brand Store like Life Style and above to it Van Heusen.
Hoping for the support, getting it replaced without further delay.

I purchase idee sunglasses 5 to 6 months back under warranty from lifestyle store located in r city ghatkopar. However the product seems to be faulty and while using it screw got broken. I requested for repair, so they give me dumb reason that brand is not able to repair. Lifestyle services and customer service sucks!!! Excuse my excuse my english, but this is the fact.

Debited twice for same Bill
Dear Sir, I have been Debited twice for the same bill. First when my Debit card was swiped, the salesman said that the card has been denied. So I gave my cousin's Debit card which got accepted and the amount was debited from his account. At night I got an SMS from my mobile banking that the same amount was debited from my account too. To check the same I had updated my Passbook. I had shown the bill, my passbook details and also the card slip on which my cousin had signed to the store Manager. He told me that he has not received the amount that is showing in my account passbook.
Please suggest me how to get back my money from the store? what other proof does the company wants to show that they have deducted twice from my account for the same bill. Kindly consider my complaint and respond ASAP.

Lifestyle store — Products sold in sale area of worse material
I have purchased gents trouser from Lifestyle, Phoenix Mill during the sale time. Brand of the trosuer is Shape. In first use only trouser was torn and not even wearable. I launch a complaint at the Lifestyle store as well have written a email to their customer care. But till date not received any reply from Lifestyle store. Helpful

I bought IDEE brand sunglasses from Lifestyle Store located at R City Ghatkopar. My product is already under warranty, I bought it 6 months back. So while using the product the screw of the sunglasses got broken. Normally it doesn't happen as it's a very delicate piece, hence I take that into consideration. I requested for repair. Firstly Lifestyle people told me, it might be chargeable or may not be, as we are still working with the brand. Then, I got a call from Lifestyle stating that it cannot be repair, as brand is not able to repair the product. So lifestyle is selling the product for which they cannot provide service. And they are cannot do anything as brand is not able to help. I paid 2500 for the sunglasses, which is of no use. I requested for credit, then also they are not helping me out. I need your help on this, either by getting my product repair or by issuing credit for my sunglasses.
