I am requesting Liquiloans to cancel my loan. But they are not listening to us. I've already explained them that my family have already paid 1, 50, 000 to them. And we can't pay them anymore. But they are threatening to file a legal case against us. Please help us....

I had made a payment of Rs. 29844.80 as a pre-payment on my loan account "CL01347325" through UPI.
Amount has been deducted but i didn't receive any acknowledgement for the same amount.
Could you please look into this as customer care also not responding to mail or calls.
